Chapter 42

Chapter 42 - Two Pieces

It became extremely silent and still except for the loud sounds of Niall's sobbing. We all looked helplessly from one person to another until all our eyes were on Niall. What do we do? We didn't even have a plan! We're so stupid!

Suddenly there was movement and I looked to see what it was as did the other boys (except for Niall obviously, who continued crying into his hands). Liam had lifted his hand and placed it on Niall's shoulder. He looked to us and seemingly sent us all telepathic messages.

Liam began to sing. Soon I joined in (realizing it was my song), then Zayn, and lastly Harry and Louis (although I must admit, I was a bit surprised that they all knew the lyrics).

Our soft voices blended together forming a slower, more soothing version of the song. As the song we sang went on, Niall started crying less. When we finally finished singing he looked up. His face was wet with tears and his eyes were red. A tear rolled down my cheek but I quickly wiped it away. It hurts to see Niall cry. Niall's the last person anyone would ever want to see crying.

"Thanks. I'm sorry for breaking down like that." Niall sighed. "Don't be sorry. You had to get it out. Otherwise you'd be miserable." Liam said softly causing Niall to smile. There goes Daddy Direction with his powerful words that can make anything better and anyone smile. "Yeah, you're right, Daddy Direction." Niall laughed. This time we all smiled.

"Ahm." Someone loudly cleared their throat, grabbing everyone's attention. I looked up to see my nurse. "Sorry to interrupt, but Demi needs some time alone so she can recover quicker and get out of here quicker." The boys all nodded and mumbled their goodbyes.

The door shut and I expected to be alone again but the nurse still stood in the same spot. "Do you need something..?" I asked the nurse. "No.. Um.. Well.. Get some rest. The more rest you get the quicker the recovery." She said. "Well then I guess I'll be sleeping." I said. The nurse nodded and walked out the door shutting the light on the way out.

*approximately 10 am the next morning*

"Shhh!"

"No you shhh!"

"Don't tell me to shush!"

"Be quiet!"

"You're the one talking!"

"Wha- You were just talking!"

"Yeah! He was just trying to shut you up!"

"Please be quiet!"

"Your gonna wake her up!"

"Boys!"

"Bickering won't help!"

"Hey she moved!"

"No she didn't."

"Yes."

"No."

"Ye-"

"SHUT UP!!" I yelled, opening my eyes after waking up from the whispered bickering. "sorry!" Everybody whispered. My eyes adjusted to the light causing me to realize exactly how many people were in my room, mostly standing over my bed, and wow. There was a lot!

"told you.." Someone said.

"No you didn't!" The fighting went on.

I covered my face with a pillow and somehow fell back asleep.

Sorry it's been a while.. 2 weeks maybe? Sorry! But guess what..? So you all know I went to see X Factor auditions on June 21.. The next Friday after that I saw Demi again (with a VIP pass!) at Good Morning America Concert Series (#GMADemi!) and ya.. PERFECTION! I wish VIP meant meeting her but it just meant being close but I still wasn't that close.. But back on a happier note.. SHE WAS PERFECT! HER VOICE WAS PERFECT LIVE AND SHE LOOKED BEAUTIFUL AND WOW IT WAS JUST AAAHHHHHHH!!! I can't believe I saw her twice in one week!!! Unbelievable! Did you guys watch her on good morning America? I know you might wish you were there but don't be upset about not being there cause literally 3+ people fainted and the rest felt completely sick and hot soo...... Wow I just ranted! I don't think I've actually done that before.. lol ok well also thanks for all the votes and the 56.8 K reads! I love you guys!! <3 xx
