He's a badass

A/N- hey we're starting to get some tea now.

Harry had been at the Gaunt house for a week now and over time Harry had grown quite attached to Remus. Tom hadn't even gotten within six feet of him but Harry didn't take it personally. Tom was kind of stand offish around Remus too.

"What's Hogwarts like?" Harry asked one day.

Remus looked up from his book. "Well I was a Gryfindor if I'm being honest it probably wasn't the best fit they're a very loud house. And run into situations without thinking often. You're probably gonna be a Slytherin or Hufflepuff, Ravenclaws can also be a lot when it comes to their studies." Remus explained.

"Slytherins normally keep to themselves, most students dislike us souly on our reputation." Tom said walking into the room.

"You went to Hogwarts too?" Harry asked.

Tom nodded. "I used to think of it as my first home but Dumbledore kind of ruined it for me." He said.

"Who's Dumbledore?" Asked Harry.

"Hes the headmaster at Hogwarts. He's supposed to be the symbol of light but I'm warning you now don't trust him. He knows Sirius is innocent and hasn't done anything for the past ten years." Remus said. "James trusted him the most out of all of us, cause Dumbles favored him your mother however towards the end didn't want anything to do with him towards the end." He explained.

"Listen Harry." Tom said looking at him with dark brown eyes. "Dumbledore has only ever cared about Grindlewald and his own image. He's probably gonna try and make you his 'golden boy' but no matter the praise he gives you or whatever he offers don't trust him."

"Okay easy enough." Harry said. "But if the schools a castle with stairs that move about how do I know where to go?" He asked.

"I have a map of my own creation." Remus said. "The Maurders Map 2.0 is what I'm calling it."

"2.0? What happened to the first one?" Tom asked.

"It's at Hogwarts somewhere, this one's better though it can show the emotions of anyone in the castle." Remus explained.

"Brilliant." The teen said. "Is there anyone there I can trust?" Harry asked.

"Severus." Tom said quickly.

Remus thought for a moment. "Yeah, Snape's a good one. He might have some distrust but it's all past stuff you don't have to worry about. McGonagall is another safe bet, Hagrid okay but he has unwavering loyalty to Dumbledore." Remus explained.

"Okay thanks." Harry said. "What's so special about Voldemort, how hasnt anyone arrested him? You said Dumbledore was supposed to be the symbol of light."

Remus sighed. "Voldemort is one of the strongest wizards of this time. He has a lot of power, he just can't be caught. And most people don't want him locked away if he wasn't insane he could probably save Wizarding Britain."

"Translation, He's a bad ass." Tom said with a smirk.
