"While Dumbledore is seen as the symbol of light I've seen his true colors. Due to all the drama he's caused me I would like to be the one to take his life." Harry said.
Voldemort was taken aback he was violent. "Just because you have issues from that old bat doesn't mean that you'll be the one to kill him I'm going to kill him." Voldemort argued.
"Do you want the Stone and the plans or not?" Harry asked.
Voldemort's face grew dark, remember you still like the kid, he thought but Voldemort didn't have an option. "Do you want to end up like your parents?" He asked.
Harry let out a sigh moving red hair out of his face. "I want to be in the room, at least." Compromised Harry.
"Deal." Voldemort said preforming the Unbreakable Vow. "Now the plans?" He asked.
"Well, first I have a plan for a magical orphanage and if magical children are left with muggles they need to be regularly checked up on. And that being said their should be a magical preschool." Harry said.
"And what would a magical preschool include?" The Dark Lord asked.
"First off basic math and sciences and writing. A muggle class, and how to control wandless magic that everymagical child goes through."
"And why a muggle class?" Voldemort asked.
"Easy Hogwarts has a magical class but it's for older students and most don't take it. This would be a mandatory class to better understand muggles." Said Harry.
"Do you have any plans for Wizarding laws?" Voldemort asked.
"Yeah," Harry said flipping to a page. "I was gonna keep it simple and original 'do what you will but do no harm'" Answered Harry.
Voldemort and Harry talked for many hours until Voldemort showed him out and Tom took him back home where he passed out on his bed.
