Chapter 4 - A Dreadful Realization

Irina's Pov:

"Shall we go?"

He asked in a sadistic tone, I didn't know what to do, but I thought it was safer to obey him... at least till I think of a plan to get out of here...
I'll have to look for other hostages and for the exists in this cramped place..

He harshly pulled on my collar and I was brought out of my thoughts by that.

He detached my chains from the bed and tied the chains to my collar and pulled on the leash telling me to stand up. I tried to stand with the support of the bed, but my legs were still wobbly.

He didn't care if I was able to walk or not, he just started walking holding my leash and pulling me to the door of the cell and called for a man, and gave my leash to him.
He told him to follow, but all I could think of was that I have to get out of here, for now I'll just observe the surroundings.

After the man with bodyguards walked a bit farther, the man who was holding my leash asked me in a whisper....

"Are you okay?" I was startled, but tried to compose myself.

"Huh? Why?...you....who are you?"

"Oi, you there! coming or not?" One of the body guards asked.

But the man here, holding my leash was unfazed by his threatening tone. He just said...

"Yup! wait a minute, I'll be there!" and the bodyguard huffed and turned around.

The man tightened his grip on the leash and turned to me.

"I'll walk slowly so don't worry, if you're not able to walk, you can hold onto my shoulders for support, just don't arouse suspicion, okay?" he said in a whisper and started walking.

I was quite surprised that he was actually walking slowly so that I can keep up with him, I did not trust him but decided to play along.

I almost tripped but held onto him as he told me and he didn't seem to mind. Instead he helped me walk and also seemed to protect me from the suspicious gazes of other guards there.

I just walked forward thinking who this man was, but everything comes to an end....
We reached the place that the man with bodyguards had told.

The man holding my leash gave me a concerned look before giving my leash to one of the bodyguards and went somewhere. The bodyguards gave my leash to the man and went. Now the man, whose identity I wanted to know so desperately and whom I was so angry on started to speak.

"My name's Rick! It's a pleasure to meet you Irina-san. I'm the boss here and I control the organization of the terrorist that is going to attack the state after a few weeks."

I stood there wide eyed...
Why is he telling me all this? Karasuma... He would've known about this for sure...why did he hide it from me?

"You must be thinking why I'm telling you all this! Well that's because you won't tell this to anybody, I trust you Irina-san!"

What a psychopath! Don't call me by my first name, you bastard!

"I'll make sure you don't tell this to anybody, so for that I've made some arrangements, Irina-san! Would you like to hear?"

I gulped nervously but didn't show it on my face and kept staring at him.

"Answer me, Damnit!!" He slapped me harshly across the face and his ring cut the corner of my lower lip.
My lip was now bruised and slightly bleeding, but I nodded anyways.

"Good! There's a reason we brought you here. You see, we are short on supplies so we'll buy it by selling the hostages, including you, isn't that great? Well don't worry, we'll sell you to rich people as you are an exception, you know, wife of the military chief!"

Huh? What is he talking about? Is this man an idiot?

"We already sold some hostages, but you know Irina-san, you'll be sold with great price on you! perks of being the wife of the military chief, right? But don't you worry, the client is a great man, he just wants you to fulfil his sexual urges, you know, nothing else! You'll live a life of luxury, isn't that lovely, Irina-san? Such a great life for such a small sacrifice, right?"

No.

"Do you want to be loyal to your husband, Irina-san? Well too bad, I'm afraid that isn't possible, you see!"

He laughed sadistically and suddenly his face changed and now he had an uncomfortable dark aura around him.

"Irina-san, if you don't mind, I want to tell you something... you know, we're great dealers and are true with our words, so for our dear client we'll have perfect products for them, we always want the best for them, you know!"

"My men will check the quality of the product and polish it if necessary!"
He said in a menacing tone.

Just as he said that, some people came and he gave my leash to them, four of them.

"Check the goods thoroughly and maintain it properly, okay? Handle it with care, it's an exception, we should give it a sincere, nice treatment! When I say thoroughly, it means thoroughly!"

"Yes Boss!"

Huh? What's happening? What is he talking about?

Why is everyone looking at me like that? um... how should I say it?... lustfully?

What's going to happen?

They started dragging me to some place when the man who was holding my leash, came back. Rick turned around and told the men to stop and said...

"Be Gentle! Don't break the goods, you hear me?"

They all nodded and again started dragging me and the last thing I saw was the kind man, who helped me, giving me a pitiful, concerned look.

What's going to happen to me?

I felt a surge of fear travel through my body.

Karasuma.....

Karasuma's Pov:

The meeting just ended and I'm going to discuss things with Sato now.

Everything will be fine! I'm going to find you soon, no matter what! Don't worry! Just be safe...

Irina....

I'm sorry you guys! I don't like doing this to our precious Irina!

I hope you can forgive me in this lifetime!🤧😭
