Steddie oneshots <3

School dance

Eddie and Steve were in his trailer talking and smoking,while listening to black sabbath when they were disturbed by the loud knocking on the trailer door.

"Ugh,great" Eddie says. They both stand up and walk out the room as they hear two more knocks. "Have some patience" he says to himself. He opens the door to see two young and familiar kids.
"Max,eleven?" Steve asks confused "why are you here"
Max pushes past them both making eleven follow her
"The school dance is tonight" max says crossing her arms as Eddie closes the door.
"Alright? How's that our problem" Steve asks
"We need help" eleven says
"You want us to help you girls get ready for a dance?" Eddie asks sitting down on the couch with his fingers intertwined.
"Yes,we would ask Nancy and robin but Wheeler has no taste and I feel like robin would have no idea what she's doing"
"And you think we do? Have you seen how I dress?" Eddie asks jokingly making Steve look at him and chuckle a bit
"Steve has good hair and you've worn eyeliner before" eleven says. She was only just learning about makeup and fashion since max would take her on multiple shopping spree's
"We could try" Steve says "what do you want exactly?"
"We have pictures" max says
"I don't see why not" he continues looking at Eddie who was rolling his eyes
"Come on they're kids. El hasn't been to a dance before either"
"Yeah,fine whatever" he says
"Thank you!" Eleven exclaims.
Max and eleven had already picked out their outfits. They showed Steve and Eddie what they wanted and luckily it wasn't anything crazy. Steve did max's hair first while Eddie did elevens make up.
They switched after a while, talking to one another. Steve was happy Eddie was bonding with the kids for once. Besides Dustin and Mike the others didn't know him that well,but they were all happy for them. Robin was always making jokes saying Steve is the mother and Eddie is the father,raising all six kids. I guess it was true in some ways but they both thought it was stupid.

"There you go red" Eddie says  holding up a mirror,showing max the finished look. She took a second to look at herself before smiling.
"Wow,you are good Eddie"
She looks at him before max quickly hugged him,Eddie slowly hugging back
"Thank you" she says pulling away and looking at him.
"No problem,just don't tell wheeler. She'll get jealous that I'm better"
Max laughs at his comment before they both go into the living room where Steve was putting a Bobby pin into her hair.
"El,you look great" max says
"Pretty?"
"Really pretty" she continues.
"There you go kid" Steve says. Eleven stand ups up going over to max.
"Well,thanks mum and dad" max says opening the door
"We'll be in the car" eleven says smiling as they both walk out to Steve's car
"Buckley definitely taught them that" Eddie says
"Not a doubt in my mind"
"They aren't that bad either" he laughs
"See,told you" he says nudging hun
"Yeah yeah,come on mama Steve we gotta drive them"
"Don't start calling me that"

The thought of Eddie and Steve being the parents max and eleven never got is adorable. Also,Eddie being good at make up is canon. Can't change my mind.
