Part 5

"There's a massive event coming up as you know" Jimin addresses the boys at yet another day in the dance studio, "And awards will be given out but obviously you guys will be performing a really big number so Doyun asked me to start you off and he'll join at some point later on".

Jimin had to have talks with multiple people over what songs will be included at the event. It was a big deal really. Whenever the guys perform at a show it's always the highlight and a lot of work needed to be put into it.

They'd be working with Jimin for the choreo and other people for the theatrics of it all at other dates.

"So this means lot of time dancing with you huh" Hoseok announces with a grin, already stretching.

"Lots and lots" Jimin confirms with a chuckle. "The songs have been chosen, but there's added dance breaks and-..."

"Yeah don't sign me up for those" Yoongi immediately says out loud, unable to stop himself from laughing when Jimin gave him a glare.

"Sorry hyung but you have a part with Hobi hyung sooo..."

"Ah damn" he pretends to be hurt by the news but of course it was coming.

"Come on hyung, at least you're with me" Hoseok says by bumping his shoulder with Yoongi.

"So let's just go over the old choreography for the songs that you'll dance too and let me see if there's anything I can see that needs fixing"

Jimin makes his way to the side, in front of the big mirror so that he can have a good view of the group. As he walks away Taehyung leans over to Jungkook and whispers, "Don't you love it when he gets all professional on us?"

Jungkook chuckles low in his throat, eyes still trained on their Jimin. "Every time".

"Come on, no standing around. 5,6,7,8..!" he counts them down as the first song echoes throughout the room and the boys take their spots immediately.

They run through it twice and Jimin points out bits where the boys could do slightly better. Keep up the pace, or fix an awkward looking hand.

"You'll have a lot of back-up dancers and Doyun hyung and I will work with them later but it's important you guys get the spacing first correctly".

"I have a problem" Taehyung announces with his hand in the air.

"Mm?"

"I can't focus"

"Why's that?" Jimin questions.

"The teacher is too cute"

Namjoon snorts and covers his mouth immediately.

"Oh smooth" Jin adds.

Jimin rolls his eyes fondly and walks over to Taehyung. The elder was eyeing him up and down with a smirk and when Jimin was at last in front of him, they maintained eye contact before Jimin shoves at his chest with enough force to get him stumbling back a little.

"Then I guess you'll do bad and everyone will notice huh. Be like Jin hyung, and try your hardest"

"I also have an issue" Jin says putting his hand up too.

Taehyung licks over his teeth with a grin and shakes his head in disbelief at his boyfriend.

"Yeah hyung?" Jimin asks, looking over to the eldest.

"The teacher is too cute and I can't focus".

The room erupts into laughter and Jungkook ends up getting Jin in a headlock whilst the rest continue laughing.

Jimin can't help but join in obviously, and ends up rubbing his hands over his face. "The quicker we get this done the quicker we can go home, come on. You've got this. You're BTS. Back to work".

Taehyung manages to get Jungkook off Jin and wraps his arms around his middle from behind. "Let's listen to our Jiminie".

"You know after a big event like this we get a bit of time off sometimes, no staff and all that. I heard Sejin say that we'll get a few days so the guys were talking about a trip maybe" Taehyung says to Jimin when they're in the kitchen of the BTS dorm.

"Oh sounds good" Jimin hums, mouth full of jellies.

"And we wanted you to come too of course".

Jimin turns to face Taehyung, cheeks big from the candy, and eyes wide too to show how surprised he was.

"Seriously?"

Taehyung chuckles from where he's standing against the counter, arms crossed over his chest. Jimin was so fucking cute. He starts to walk over to him, hands on Jimin's shoulders, before they travel down his arms and to his waist.

"Mm of course. The guys said they'll give us some alone time, but I can't imagine going away, all of us, and leaving you here. We want you there with us".

Jimin finally swallows and looks at Taehyung with excitement. "Where would we go?"

"Namjoon hyung found this like, forest getaway thing. Big lodge or something. With a lake. We get the whole thing to ourselves of course. You down?"

Jimin's smile gets bigger and bigger, how could he say no to this?

"Of course I am"

Taehyung smiles softly at him and leans in so that their lips meet. It's a soft kiss, where lips melt together and both boys end up inhaling softly. When Taehyung pulls away he makes sure their foreheads are pressed together. "Good. I can't wait to spend some time with you away from all of this"

"It's not like it's been bad for us here" Jimin points out breathlessly.

"Well yeah but there we can do whatever the hell we want"

"Oo sounds promising"

Taehyung smacks Jimin on the ass once and bites down on his lip with a smirk. "Oh you bet"

"Ow. You animal" he chuckles.

"Oh that's yet to come".

So at least Jimin has something super exciting to look forward too. He wondered whether it would be hard to get away with him training the new trainees but surely Doyun would be able to help out with that. Or any of the other assistant choreographers. A few days away with the guys sounded like a dream right now.

Work wasn't stressful necessarily but there was pressure that Jimin put on himself to do well. At least this way he could forget about it for even a little while.
