Part 20

"Trip, trip, trip TRIIIPPPP!" Hoseok and Jungkook chant in the car on the way to the lake house that the company had booked out for BTS.

Finally the time for their break had arrived, after so many months of working hard they were able to go on a little holiday, away from staff, and cameras and just spend time together as a group.

Well Jimin included.

He did feel a little bad, not wanting to intrude on their private time, and after all having a 'boyfriend' come on a friend trip might be a little much, but Jin made a point, that even without him Jungkook and Taehyung would be loving up on each other, so it didn't matter at all, and they would all love for him to come. Jin wanted a fishing partner.

"Finally I can escape from going with him this year" Yoongi teases, when in fact he himself enjoyed fishing.

They all rode in the same van, with the driver taking them to the lake house, helping them with the luggage but that would be it. No one else there but them. Obviously with the amount of money the company was able to spend they made sure the property was secluded that no one else would be able to enter, but still close enough to shops in case the boys wanted to buy something or go to explore.

"If this is how you're going to be for the whole ride, I'll take a taxi" Jimin sighs out, sitting himself in the back row of seats so that he had more room.

"Try having to deal with this for years like we have Jimin-ah" Namjoon points out. Everyone was really excited about going away, they could all do with some fresh air and time to just be. To live. They all of course loved performing but only an idol could truly understand how tiring this sort of life style was. So the break was more than needed, and it was nice to have Jimin come along.

On the ride, a few of the guys slept, some stayed on their phones and Namjoon chatted it all away with Jin.

No one really knew what the staff had planned for them, there were undoubtedly going to be things there to keep them entertained. Yoongi requested puzzles for example.

Jimin had a sleeping Jungkook resting on his shoulder, but for the majority of the ride he spent his time by looking out of the window at the passing scenery. How crazy to think back to his days before he met the guys, the fan he was, how shy he was at their fansign when they made eye-contact and here he was going on an actual trip with BTS. How crazy life can be.

The city soon turned into more rural roads, and maybe another hour or so later the van finally arrived at an entrance to a wood, accessible by car, but obviously private land. It was another 10 minutes or so before the place they were going to stay in came into view.

It was a ridiculously beautiful wooden mansion, well Jimin would call it a mansion, to the guys it was probably a house. It was modern, spacious, and Jimin knew there had to be a lake behind it since Jin had been so keen on fishing. What really surprised him was how secluded it was.

He knew no one else would be able to access the area, and they were be here all alone, so it was nice knowing the guys could feel comfortable and safe.

"Did they say there's shops or something if we need to go?" Namjoon ponders out loud to which the driver responds.

"Yes, the lake is on the other side, and there's a path you can follow that leads you of the woods and into a very small part of town with some shops if you needed anything"

"Ah thank you"

"I heard they prepped food for us anyway so we should be fine" Jin adds.

Jimin can't help but sit up a little to get a better view of their home for the next 2 nights. It was breathtaking honestly.

"We're here" Yoongi says mid-stretch, gently shaking Taehyung awake.

It's not too long  before all of the guys exit the van, whilst the driver gets their luggage out and hands it over to them. They know he will be back to pick them up Wednesday.

And just like that he leaves. And the Bangtan boys and Jimin are left alone in the woods, in a gorgeous private area to do as they please.

Hoseok looks over to Jungkook and with a sly smirk says, "Race you inside for the best room". The pair shoot off, whilst literally every other person complains and rolls their eyes.

Jimin knew Jungkook Tae and himself would have the same room anyway so why did Jungkook bother?

He was competitive, that could definitely be a reason.

"Ya, Yoongi-yah can you carry my lugga-...ya!"

Yoongi had already walked ahead with his own suitcase, pretending not to have hurt Jin's request.

"You'd think he's my hyung or something"

"Jimin you okay?" Namjoon asks, noticing how the boy was just standing in the same spot, eyeing the house over and over again.

"Yeah hyung, I'm just taking it in. I've never seen a house this nice"

"They like to go all out for us" Namjoon smiles, gently bumping into Jimin's shoulder with his. "The inside is even better. These 3 days are as much about rest for us as they are for you okay? You're free to do whatever the heck you want, even if you want alone time. Like, use this time to really cleanse your body and mind"

Jimin nods and soon enough follows the rest of the guys inside the house.

It doesn't take the guys long at all to decide on rooms as they make their way through the whole house to see the layout. It had 4 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms so even if one of the trio wanted a night alone they could, a large kitchen, a massive living room, it even had a gym which Jungkook would definitely use.

The 7 of them make their way out of the large back doors which led them to an open area of grass, with a hot-tub near the entrance and a great view of the lake. The water was even closer than they thought.

"Jesus" Jimin whispers to himself in awe.

"Your boyfriends are in BTS, what did you expect" Hoseok teases him a little as he inspects the hot-tub. "Guys we're definitely going in this tonight or tomorrow evening".

"Agreed" Taehyung says.

"Right!" Namjoon announces, "Since rooms are decided, Yoongi-hyung and I are taking the ones on the far left, Jin-hyung and Hobi are taking the ones in the middle, and then you three can have the two on the right, and now I guess we can all just...go play. Or eat. Or sleep".

"Sleep" Yoongi immediately announces, turning back inside the house to shut his eyes for thirty minutes. He didn't want to miss out on the fun but he was up until 4am doing music so he needed the extra rest.

"I want to see what they prepared for us inside" Jungkook announces, so Jimin and Hobi both follow him in.

There were puzzles, lego sets, a piano, drawing and painting supplies, board games, just a lot to keep the guys occupied.

"Hyung, look they even prepared like table tennis and stuff" Taehyung says to Jin he immediately challenges him to a game.

They even had water guns, hula hoops, skipping rope and a bunch of random other things.

"I'm going to go make Ramen then" Namjoon says, making sure to put his luggage away in his room before heading down to the kitchen to make enough ramen for 7 people.

"Do we trust him making ramen?" Jin asks Taehyung as he serves.

"No, but we're all busy".

"Hyung here, let me help" Jimin says when he sees Namjoon in the kitchen, grabbing a bunch of ramen packets.

"Ah thanks, can you get the water?"

And so their little get away begins, with everyone doing their own thing and already Jimin can feel himself healing inside.
