Chapter 9 || The Ballad of Bo and Ro (Sandor's POV

Sandor's POV

"KEEFE IS MY CHARGE, NOT YOURS!"

"But it doesn't seem like it. You are a terrible bodyguard," Bo retorted. "You left him all alone for this meeting!" 

"Okay, first of all, I DIDN'T CALL THIS MEETING—YOU DID! Second, I didn't leave him alone! He's with Lord Jerkface at Waves of Wimpiness. And third, where's your charge, huh? Last time I checked, Miss Blondie had no bodyguards with her!"

At that point, I had to intervene.

"Sophie Foster is safe at home with Grady and Edaline, Ro," I assured her. "You are correct to say that there are no bodyguards there but we had to come to this meeting called by your husba—"

"HOW DARE YOU!" Ro shouted. "YOU KNOW OUR MARRIAGE WAS FORCED! IF YOU SAY THE WORD 'HUSBAND' TO DEFINE BO'S CONNECTION TO ME, I WILL END YOU."

"Romhilda, it's not such a big deal," Bo commented.

"YES IT IS AND— HEY! DID YOU CALL ME 'ROMHILDA'?! TIME TO UNLEASH MY FLESH-EATING BACTERIA!!!"

"Please calm down," Flori chirped. She started humming a gentle song. I was so grateful when that made Ro finally relax.

"You win this time, Featherbrain," Ro muttered to Bo, "but next time—and I'm serious when I say this—I will have my flesh-eating bacteria with me. And I won't be afraid to use it."

A/N: yes I know I know that was quick and off-topic but I wanted to show what the bodyguards were doing while there were issues with the gang
