It's the next morning and Matilda comes yelling in my room once again. "Juliet! Wake up! Did you ever take a shower when you got home last night? Girl you need to hurry!" It was like seven in the morning but I didn't have to be to work till nine, why is she waking me up so early. I throw myself off the bed trying not to fall back asleep. I quickly hop in the shower and hop back out. I decide to dry my hair and curl it to waste time. I then put on a little makeup and head out to the kitchen. I see that Matilda has made breakfast again, this time its biscuits and gravy.
"Morning! How did you sleep?" Matilda yells in my ear.
"Good morning. I slept pretty good and you literally woke me up so much earlier than I needed to be awake. But good job making breakfast again."
"Oops I'm sorry, I was just trying to get you up in case you were gonna go back to sleep again."
"It's honestly fine." I say still tired. I check my messages and see that Sebastian has already texted me.
Sebastian: Good morning beautiful
Juliet: Good morning Sebastian
Sebastian: Well you are up pretty early this time aren't you?
Juliet: Yep, sure am
Sebastian: Well have an amazing day at work today beautiful
Juliet: Thank you! You too
Sebastian: Would you want to hangout again today?
Juliet: Yes! I would love to. What would you like to do?
Sebastian: Well, summer is in a couple of months and I was thinking... maybe you would want to go on a vacation trip with me?
Juliet: Wait. Really? When and where, for how long exactly?
My heart is racing. I can't believe he is already asking to go on a trip with him. Our relationship is getting pretty serious.
Sebastian: My family has a beach house that I would go to every summer when I was younger and it's in Florida, where we both used to live. But I didn't live in the beach house, I actually lived in town. So my parents just bought another one for fun in the summer.
Juliet: Wow. That sounds really fun and amazing actually.
Sebastian: Yeah! I was thinking, we could go all summer and just come back in August. It would be really fun for the both of us and we could get a break from our jobs here in the city. But we can work on our laptops too while we are there.
Woah. He wants to go all summer? I mean, summer is only like three to four months. That actually sounds so amazing, to be with someone. To go places together and the beach. Sounds like a dream honestly. It's gonna be kinda sad saying goodbye to Matilda, but oh well. I can hangout with her and some of my friends together and have several girls nights before summer starts, and when I get back of course.
Juliet: That sounds amazing! I would love to Sebastian.
Sebastian: Really? I am so excited. I was thinking after work today, we could hangout at my apartment and plan ideas for what to do in Florida and stuff. And it's literally the weekend.
Juliet: Yes! That sounds great. And hold up, it's the weekend? Already?
Sebastian: Yay! And yes it is. Tomorrow is Saturday.
Juliet: I have work in the morning, but I could actually take off and say I am sick or something. It's no big deal, I would rather plan these things with you.
Sebastian: No, are you sure? Your amazing at your job. You don't need to lie for me.
Juliet: It's okay! I want to, I have only done it once before and it was fine. My boss will deal with me not there. She is annoying anyways.
Sebastian: Okay beautiful. If you say so.
Juliet: Yes. And I think today was the night we could have a sleepover together if you want to still.
Sebastian: Yes! I have so many fun ideas of what we could do and we can stay up all night now!
Juliet: Yay! I am so excited. Do you still want to stay the night at your apartment?
Sebastian: Yes, if that's okay? I can pick you up after you get home from work later if you want and we could run to Walmart and buy snacks, food, and more. Maybe even stuff for Florida.
Juliet: Yes yay! Sounds good!
Sebastian: Have a good day at work beautiful!
Juliet: You too.
I check the time and it is already almost nine. I quickly grab my morning coffee and head out. "Bye, Matilda!"
"See you later Juliet!"
I get to my office and my boss walks by me. She always has to stare, I don't understand why. But I'm not worried about it. I start writing more and more of my romance novel and start my other news story. Hours pass once again and I am almost finished with all my work. Sebastian finally texts me.
