I ignore what he says and I ask him what time it is. It's five in the freaking morning. What the heck. He woke me up at five in the morning? It is way too early. I sometimes hate that I am not a morning person. Oh well, I love looking at the sunrise with him. I wipe my eyes and try to brush my hair with my fingers, but my hair is too tangled up. I yawn and lay back down. Sebastian lies down next to me and holds me hand. I can feel my heart beating so fast and I feel his pulse next to me too. "How did you sleep Julie?"
"Pretty good. I am always tired in the mornings though," I laugh.
"That is good. Wait I am sorry, did I wake you up too early?"
"No, no it's fine really. I am not a morning person remember?"
"Oh yeah, okay."
"How did you sleep Sebastian?"
"Good. I always sleep good being next to you."
I smile and he smiles back. We lie down next to each other looking at the sunrise for a little longer and then I get up. "Wanna go for a morning swim!" I yell. "It'll wake me up!" I scream.
"Yes! Sounds amazing Julie."
We both laugh and he takes off his shirt. We still slept in our swimsuits under our clothes in case we would get in the water again. I start running into the water and he runs after me. He grabs me and throws me into the water, coming down with me. We laugh so much and I can't stop smiling. I am not so tired anymore and I feel so alive. "What should we do today Julie?"
"Hmmm we should go explore the ocean," I say.
"Oh really, and how are we gonna do that?"
"Well we could go scuba diving."
"You are right, that sounds like a good idea beautiful."
After like 30 minutes later, we head back inside the house. We both track water in the house because we are soaking wet. I didn't dry off that much and neither did he. Sebastian says he has some friends who know people who could get us scuba diving gear. In a couple of hours, we are gonna go scuba diving for the first time and then we are gonna go on a helicopter, they are gonna drop us from several feet in the air into the ocean. I am kinda scared because I have never done either of those. Sebastian has done both of them. While we wait for a couple of hours, Sebastian reads to me on the couch.
Two hours later, Sebastian says that we can head over to where we are gonna scuba dive at. We get there and there is a ton of people. Who knew that so many people love scuba diving. They hand us our suits and tell us what to do and stuff. I put on my suit and Sebastian does too. I am so nervous that I am literally shaking. Sebastian can tell that I am nervous again. "Julie, I am right here okay. It's gonna be okay, I got you. I will be right beside you the whole time okay?"
"Okay," I say and he holds my hand. We finally both jump in the water and it looks so cool. To actually see the ocean. To see fish, creatures. I even saw a dolphin. I saw a shark and I got really nervous. Sebastian squeezes my hand and try's to tell me to just look at him, not the shark. We do this for a couple more hours and when we get out, he tells me that he is proud of me. "You're safe Julie, you're safe," He adds.
It was actually really fun and I even took a piece of coral and some seashells. We then head to the helicopter. I am actually really scared of heights, but I go on anyways. Being dropped the middle of the ocean isn't the scariest thing to me. It's the fact that Sebastian and I will be in the ocean where there is no one around and it's quiet. Like any minute, it feels like a shark will grab you. I put those negative thoughts away when Sebastian holds my hand again. "You got it Julie, we got it."
