Complicated City hearts

Chapter 27

On the count of three they drop us. Sebastian counts with them. "One, two... three!"
We drop all the way down and it feels like I am flying. I only feel safe because I am next to Sebastian though. We finally make it to the water and I hear a big splash. I look up and Sebastian is looking at me. "There, it wasn't too bad was it?" He asks.
"No, it wasn't," I say smiling once again. I look around and there is no one around us. It feels like the only people on the Earth are just Sebastian and I. It was just us. "Isn't this peaceful? There isn't anyone around but us Julie."
"Yes it is. Just us."
A couple minutes later the people help and get us back out of the water. We finally are out and I feel so brave and confident from trying two new things that I haven't done before. But I am mostly happy that I did these things with Sebastian. We decide to ride our bikes around town again for the rest of the day and we go to several places and shops. There are so many nice buildings and places to go to. We buy a lot of stuff and then we go to several different restaurants on the same day. We try different foods and it is so good. Hours pass and we decide to stop by an ice cream place before heading back to the house. I try a different flavor that I haven't tried before and so does Sebastian. "Ooo Sebastian try mine!" I say. "It's so good."
"That is pretty good Julie, now you try mine."
"Woah. That is so good," I say and we both laugh. We finish up our ice cream and then we finally head back to the beach house. When we get inside, I plop myself right on the bed. It has been a long day and I have had such a fun time. Sebastian comes in the room and also plops right down next to me. "What a long day it has been huh Julie."
"Yes, that it has."
He leans in next to me and kisses me. We cuddle for a bit and then we decide to get back up and head to the beach. The sand feels so nice on my skin and I can smell the salty water. It smells so nice and fresh. We put our towels down and sit next to each other just looking at the sky. I am surprised the sunset still wasn't gonna show for another couple hours. But, it was only five-o-clock. I thought it was later than that. We decide to throw our clothes off since our swimsuits were under it and we run into the water and he holds my hand. He splashes me and I splash him. It feels like a movie. There were a lot of kids at the beach today and one kid came up to us and told us that we looked like a nice mommy and daddy. Sebastian and I looked at each other and he told me that I would be a wonderful mom. I told him he would be a wonderful dad. We both laughed about it after and continued to swim in the water.
A couple more hours pass, and the sun was finally going down. "Hey, I am gonna go get a speaker that I actually packed. It's in the house, I will be right back."
"Okay," I reply.
Sebastian comes running back with a speaker and he starts to play music. He then plays my favorite song. "Do you wanna slow dance with me in the water while looking at the sunset?"
I freak out and say yes. This is literally a dream come true. We slow dance in the water together and it is amazing. The music. The sunset. The beach. Him. Everything. Everything about this day has been so wonderful. So incredible.
