Time felt stagnant as if we'd halted in our ways and pressed pause on reality. Each moment Sebastian inched closer to me I couldn't keep myself together, my breath hitched, throat clogged, heart thumped, and each second that went by felt like an eternity.
The visiting call shifted and everyone left as the new guests entered. different times before, Ash took my car yet again to go see whatever her name was, and here I am walking with Sebastian to his car, shivering in my shoes. We got in the car to clear out down the road, I couldn't help but stare out the window with my mind wandering off before Sebastian interrupts my thinking as the contour of his hand waved over my face.
I jerk from the grip of my subconscious and turn my head his way, his eyes fixated on me while not failing to concentrate on the road as required. Every time he looks back at me, he takes his time to scan my face before finally speaking, " what's distracting you?"
I smile shaking my head and looking off once more to avoid the heartfelt look in his visions. By now we'd just reached his place and as he leaves the car in park, his fingertips lightly grab a hold of my face, turning me to face him. "Why aren't you answering me v, did I do something wrong?" Concern lingers and I soon speak up to ease the growing tension.
"No sorry" I laugh, attempting to lessen his worries, "I've just been feeling what u said before"
He sits upright, shoulders noticeably tense, and a nod to his head, "The painting?" I nod as a response, playing with my fingers. I felt pressure in my chest, a new feeling that I'd hope to understand the more Sebastian's presence is near.
"Yeah, I've never had anyone have the desire to paint me, why?" I laugh but the uncertainty overpowers what I want to believe more than anything.
"The semesters ending soon and my professor assigned us to paint something we fascinate or feel the most drawn to. Any form of art and for my last project, you're just that. I would love for you to be my reference." he says with a smile and a nod. The look on his face indicates relief as if he was sure of his words.
"You've been my biggest desire the past weeks Avery." His eyes are dilated and I'm certain mine are as well while we stare back at each other.
"Every chance I get to look at you, I feel euphoric like peace is endless. When I hold you, I melt and I often gaze out at the mere sight of you. All my problems cease with you" He says looking at me entirely. His eyes were glowing and his lips were plump as he followed me closely but all I could think was, that I want to kiss him.
"Can I kiss you?" My words came out unexpectedly and with full-on adrenaline, I didn't hesitate nor did I hold back when he laughed and my lips finally connected to his. He wasn't shocked nor was he taken aback, all he did was lean into the kiss while moving his hand around my waist. Sebastian pulls me close and everything goes quiet as his lips move in sync with mine. This is exactly what an orgasm feels like, pure ecstasy. His hands travel to my head as he holds me still and deepens the kiss but just as I begin to touch him he pulls back making sure to keep strong eye contact.
I find myself panting and my mind hot while Sebastian grins at the sight of me, "a small kiss and you're already begging for air?"
Sebastian turns the car off and exits, leaving me dazed and warm. My side of the door opens and the fresh cool air instantly runs through my clothes and caresses the layer of my skin bringing me back to reality, "Why'd you stop?" Is all I could manage to say as I stepped out of the car.
Sebastian's fascinated tone hasn't appeared to have retired as he lets go of another chuckle at my flustered energy, stepping past me and directly towards the entrance of the gate fully dismissing my haze.
