A/N: A quick reminder, this Chapter is Before the series started, like how Zero and Hiro first met back in the Anime.
Kuroku(Narrating): Every story has a Beginning...and this is about two friends.
We now get a Shadow of Kuroku standing at the gates of his High School.
Zero Two(Narrating): Two different friends. Two different worlds. Both the same.
Now we get a Shadow of Zero Two looking out of one of the Windows, looking down.

A year ago
The Story starts at the High School, where Kuroku was starting his new year at. He was with the Principal, interviewing for the course.
Principal: So 096, you said that you haven't known your parents in a long time?
Kuroku looked at his resume, nervous about the principal.
Kuroku: Yeah...I never knew them when I was young. The only thing family to me are my neighbours across the street. They made sure I'm safe.
The Principal gave a glaring look at him as he went back to the resume.
Principal: Uh-huh...So tell me, when you got here, you were on a Quad Bike, correct?
Kuroku remembered parking his Quad Bike in the parking lot, not knowing they were mainly for cars.
Kuroku: Well I mean I have to come on something, right?
The Principal looked at the Resume again.
Principal: Well if it wasn't for your grades, you woulden't get in this easily.
Kuroku looked down, knowing he would of failed.
Principal: You start classes Tomorrow. 9 AM Sharp!
Kuroku looked up at him, relieved he got in.
Kuroku: Thank you! You don't know how much this means to me!
Kuroku then left the office and headed home. After he left, the Principal looked at another Resume, but this time, it was...
Principal: 002, huh?
The Next day
Kuroku just barley arrived at his new High School. Since taking a Quad Bike was more quicker than riding on a Bus or Driving on the Road, there were many people on the pavement too.
After parking his Quad Bike, he headed onto campus. He was 15 minutes early, so he took the time to sit outside and look around, finding more students walking and talking to each other.

Kuroku looked up, finding a Male who looked like the same age as him. He had dark blue hair and green eyes.
