TROYE'S P.O.V

I woke up to the beautiful scent of pancakes and Nutella. I opened my eyes and looked over my shoulder only to find Tyler still asleep next to me. His soft snores made my heart pound in my chest. His thick, black-rimmed glasses still remained on his soft, adorable face. He must've forgotten on take them off when he went to sleep. I sat up slowly, stretching my arms out in front of me. I then swiftly but quietly pulled my fluffy, blue bed sheets off of my legs, trying not to wake up Tyler in the process. I noticed a shiny, silver object lying at the end of my king size bed. When examining the object I realised it was Tyler's laptop. I quickly picked it up and connected it to the charger it came with before quietly opening and closing my bedroom door, trying to reduce the creaking as much as possible.

As soon as I walked down the stairs I was confronted by Tyde and Steele. Steele firmly grasped my wrist and pulled me so hard I nearly fell over. He then pushed me onto the lounge, the pain from his forceful push pounding a little in my chest before quickly fading. I looked up a Tyde and Steele with both confusion and annoyance. The scent of pancakes and Nutella still evident in the air. "Where is Tyler?" Steele said. The question was quiet but firm, intimidating me a little bit. Tyde sat down on the lounge in front of me while Steele remained standing, the morning sun shining on his dark brown hair.

"Well..." Tyde said, getting impatient now. "I...um...ahhh," I stuttered. I really didn't know what to say. What are they planning to do? It was evident on Steele's face that he wasn't in the mood to wait for my response. "Troye, if you don't speak now we will go find him ourselves." My eyebrows shot up in surprise. Was that a threat? Are they going to hurt Tyler? "Can I ask you a question first?"

"Whatever," Steele said. He seems really pissed off now. "Why are you treating Tyler like how you treated Robin?!" I shouted, letting all my rage and frustration out. Steele and Tyde jumped a bit at my instant change of tone. "He is going to hurt you one day, Troye! How do you not see that?! He doesn't care about you. He is playing you like a violin and you're not even noticing!" Steele raised his voice also. "What makes you think he is such a bad person?" I snapped back. Steele paused for a minute. He was speechless. Tyde was still sitting on the lounge, playing with his thumbs. Steele kept opening his mouth like he was going to say something, then closing it again.

A couple of minutes went by and still no response from Steele. He looks me in the eye and says only one sentence, and the sentence makes me the happiest man to ever live. "I'll give Tyler one chance." Steele then walks back to his room quickly followed by Tyde. I just sit there in amazement, eyes wide and a huge smile on my face. I hear footsteps in the distance but don't really take notice of my surroundings until the silence is broken by a groggy and annoyed voice.

"Troye! What on Earth makes you think it's okay to shout this early in the morning?" The smile dropped from my face as soon as I saw who it is. My mum appeared to be very mad. She yawned and rubbed her eyes. When she dropped her hands back down to her side it revealed her droopy black and blue bags hanging from the bottom of her huge brown eyes. "Sorry mum. Steele and I were arguing about Tyler again." She looked even more annoyed then before. I looked at her with my huge, bright blue, puppy dog eyes. She always falls for this trick. She sighed before messing up my hair and smiling. "Oh Troye boy. What would I do without you?" I giggled quietly as she walked into the kitchen. "Morning Sage. Ohhhh, what are you cooking?" I heard my mum say from the kitchen, the grogginess in her voice from before now gone.
