We stepped out of the bus and someone pushed past me, shoulder checking me. "Move it." Brock said as he continued walking. My eyes rolled back and Carol bumped me playfully. "Trouble in paradise? He's clearly into you, stop denying it, there's no way you two are sleeping in the same bed and not having something going on. Especially since you won't tell us a thing about it" I made a putrid face and just shook my head. "In your dreams", her face turned to a wicked grin, "I bet he's in your dreams" I rolled my eyes and continued on walking, following our teacher. "Ok classes, today we'll be going on a boat tour to see the wonders and learn the history of the amazing city of Venice" Mr. Bare spoke. I kept my eyes on the road as we were placed back into our groups. Cailin finally caught up with me and strung her arm through mine, linking us. Maybe if I fake a seizure she'll leave me alone. I sigh and glance around me, only for my eyes to be met with a pair of gorgeous blue eyes, Jack's. I gave him a curt smile before returning to my search for people to save me from Cailin. Jack had taken my smile into account as a beckoning for a conversation. He must've also seen my look of desperation as he asked Cailin if he could borrow me for a moment. She shrugged at him and waited two feet next to us, staring intently. "Um I was wondering if we could have a moment in private" he stated. She looked at me as if to tell me to stay but after a few moments of no words coming out she walked off. "Holy crap, thank you so much" I said practically sinking down in relief. "You've got no idea how awful she is". My comment was responded with another one of his cute laughs. "Anytime Chandler" He said with a stupid grin and my knees grew weak. He offered to sit next to me on the boat ride so that we wouldn't be forced to sit with her. I graciously accepted and he moved onto his friends Samuel and Danny, who both shoved him and glanced back at me. Without a second's notice Cailin had seemed to sense Jack was gone and rushed to me as if her lie depended on it. "THANK GOD YOU'RE DONE. What did you guys even talk about? Why did I have to leave? Also, I never asked you this but what happened to your face it looks like there's a cut on it. And how does it feel to be in the same room as Brock? He's soooo cute right? Don't you agree? Hello???" My attention was on her as she rambled but my mind wasn't, all I could think about was how nice Jack was being. Those eyes, god those eyes. Cailin shook me furiously and spoke, "we're here silly". Silly? Is she a child? "So for this attraction the classes will be together and groups will combine". Ms. Camon said. Dammit that means I'll be with Brock again. Classes lined up and I noticed tons of other ones filling in other groups. "Mr. Williams will be in charge of the class he arrived with initially and I'll be in charge of mine". Mr. Bare spoke. All the students began lining up and I followed Carol after Mr. Williams.
