Time

It's been about three weeks since I was discharged from the hospital and I was doing way better. I wasn't back working yet but I had enough money in my account to take off for a year if I wanted to.

I ended up staying at my house while Hari stayed with my mom so I could get my head together. I called her 3 times everyday. She was supposed to come home next week and I couldn't wait to have my baby back home.

My side where Sin did the most damage had been killing me the first week and it had been extremely hard to move around by myself. I could barely make it to the bathroom without pain shooting through my whole body, but Nautica had been staying with me and helping me as much as she can.

She's really been a huge blessing in my healing and I've been trying to plan something or find something to get her to thank her. She doesn't have to be here taking care of me, but she makes sure she's here everyday and even goes back and forth to take Hari anything she needs.

I was content with us being friends, but she wasn't anymore and it was confusing me.

~ Flashback ~

"Laya, you good?" i heard her say before knocking and coming into my room.

"Yes, I'm okay. I have to pee though, can you help?" i asked as I moved my laptop off my lap and paused the TV.

"You know you don't have to ask, next time just yell 'Bae, I gotta pee' and i'll come running" she said while smirking.

"Okay Nauti, whatever you say" i said smiling back at her. She's been joking with me like that for months now so I never take it serious. Shit, I wish she was serious.

I moved the covers off of me before she came and grabbed my legs and gently moved them to where they were hanging off the side of the bed. I held myself up while she went to grab the walker the hospital gave me to get around.

She set the walker down about 2 feet in front of me and then came to me to help me stand up. She bent down so I could wrap my arms around her neck as she slowly lifted so I could stand on my feet. Once I was standing she moved behind me and held me by my waist as I took baby steps towards my walker.

For about 4 days now she's helped me out of bed like this so I could work on walking without it being so painful, and while it was working it was pissing me off. Why? Because she was making me so damn horny touching on me like this and I swear if I wasn't crippled I would've pounced.

We got to the bathroom and she helped me to the counter so I could support myself and use it without her being in there. Any other time i've had to use the bathroom Renni or Asayah was here and they've seen me butterball naked so they stayed and helped, but today it was just Nautica all day so it had to go a little differently.

I finished using the bathroom but didn't think about how I was going to pull my pants up and stand up at the same time without it hurting like hell. I tried to do it sitting down but trying to lift myself up hurt so bad and I couldn't help but scream.

"Aris, you okay? I'm coming in" i heard Nautica call from the other side of the door.

I looked up and she came in covering her eyes and it made me chuckle a little bit.

"Yes..." i trailed off  "No. I tried to be independent because I didn't want you to see me naked but I can't pull my pants up or get up by myself"

She dropped her hand and looked at me with the straightest face ever and I couldn't help but bust out laughing.

"Aris, quit being stupid. I'm not on that type of time, okay? I can pull your pants up and get you up without seeing anything. I want you to show me that and give me that when you ready" she said licking her lips and winking at me before coming to help me up.
