vada

i'm sitting in my room, on my bed, with maddy pacing back and forth in front of me.

of course i cant do anything but listen, well because, she's maddy.

"i can't believe you're ditching me. that's such a bitch move." maddy whines. "you act like i'm not gonna find you at some point." i scoff. i lean back on my bed. "you know what? i'll be fine." she stops. "i know." i reply. maddy is the one person that i know i can leave by herself. that bitch could never get taken advantage of. well unless it's nate.

ashtray

"typical ashtray at the pretzel stand." i heard a voice at the window. and of course it's them two bitches roy and troy. they think i fuck with them. i don't fuck with them. "whatchu want?" i lean up against the counter. where the hell is vada? "two pretzels, if you know what i mean." they start laughin. i go to the back and grab the pretzels, stuffing two bags of molly in them. i return to the window, and there stood vada. "that'll be forty." i said. my voice got vadas attention because she turned and looked at me. the twins hand me their 20's.

"yknow, you cute as hell, lemme get yo number." troy turns to vada. what the fuck? vada just stares at him. "yo sorry man, she can't." i step in. i can't let this happen. "you gon talk for her, or does she got a voice?" troy looks at me. he's gettin on my damn nerves. "i'm gon talk for her. vada come through the back." i looked at her. she did what she was told. "cmon man, stop bein a bitch." troy whined. "listen, i think you should go. she ain't interested. now don't make me say that shit to you again." i don't know what went off in me, but something just did. they left. i was happy.

vada

"well that was, something." i said, just standing there awkwardly by the door. "you just gon stand there? sit." he nodded towards the stool. i walked over to the stool and sat on it. he sat in the chair in the corner. "yknow, i could've totally gave him my number." i started laughing. i mean, he wasn't bad looking. but it seemed like he was with his twin too much, hence how the other one didn't just walk away. "okay." he leaned back, exaggerating the 'o'.

"what does that mean?" i said, leaning forward on my elbows. "nothin." he said getting up, serving people 'preztels'.

"you ever been on a ferris wheel?" he said, nodding towards me. "never really."
