"Oh this is Eddie, Eddie that's Robin from band"
"Yeah I've seen her in the halls, sup Harrington" he said looking at Steve
"Hey Eddie, I see your still to dumb to pass O'Donnell's class" said Steve with a smirk on his face
"At least I'm not working a crappy job at a video store. what mommy and daddy ran out of money to take their spoiled little son to college?"
"Hey Eddie, why don't you go pick out a movie and I'll be with you in a minute let me talk to him for a second." I whispered to him
While Eddie walked away to pick out a movie I walked up to the counter and looked at Steve
"Hey Steve, can we talk for a sec in private?"
"yeah , come on" he said leading me to the back
He closed the door behind us and leaned against the wall
"What's your problem with Eddie?"
"I don't have a problem with him, he's just a freak plus he's way out of your league you could do so much better why. Plus he's like a drug dealer and after everything you've been through. Something tells me your two are not going to bring out the best in each other."
"He's not a freak, ok, plus he's nice and I already told him about the whole addict situation. And even though he's a dealer he's helped me with Chrissy."
"Wait, what happened to Chrissy?"
"She's been talking about wanting to do drugs. I don't want her fucking with that crap so I told him to not sell her anything no matter how much she offers and he agreed."
"Chrissy's Cunningham, your best friend turning into a druggie. Damn that shows how good of an influence you are." he said with a laugh
"Steve!"
"Sorry sorry but I still don't think he's good for you a drug dealer and an ex drug addict that not a good combination. I'm just worried about you y/n"
"Steve ill be fine but just please be nice to Eddie"
"He called me spoiled and basically a failure just cause I'm working at a video store and that without money I'm too stupid to go to collage I'm not the one in the wrong here"
"Well you did say he was too stupid to pass O'Donnell's class, and to be fair kinda were spoiled and you know you failed at life when you worked at and ice cream parlor in a sailors outfit and now your here at a video store trying to get a date with every hot girl that walks in her."
"That's offensive"
"You'll be fine" I said as I walked out the room and went back to the front of the video store
"He's jealous? isn't he?" asked robin
"Were you eavesdropping on our conversation?"
"I work at a video store I need a little action every once in a while, but don't worry maybe his ego will be a little bit bruised but he'll be fine he gets rejected like 30 times a day by all the girls that walk in here"
"Thanks robin"
"I got you now go continue your date with your little hot and steamy Eddie Munson and I'll ring you guy up so its not awkward between you and Steve" she said trying to hold in her laughter
"Stop, but thank you I owe you!" I said ask I walked over to Eddie looking through the horror movies
"I was worried you ditched me and snuck off with Steve" he said with a chuckle
