The rest of the night we continued watching the movie. Each jump scare I would get a bit closer to Eddie. His heart would start beating fast, he would adjust the grip he had around my waist every once in a while, bringing me closer to his chest.

Half way through the movie I started getting tired. I fell asleep to the comfort of his warm body and the sound of his heart beat. For the first time I peacefully fell asleep.
