After having her dad's delicious home made lunch, Zahara retired to her comfortable room_ not before promising to have a serious conversation with her dad later in the evening.
She successfully shredded out her dusty and sweaty school uniform from her skin and discarded it into the laundry basket, before hurtling into the bathroom. She made sure she turned on the water on cold before washing off all the dirt's and sweats off her body. This cold water was what she needed, to numb her body and make her forget everything.
After pulling in a black sweatpant and a complacent tank top, she proceeded to begin her research. The location of Morssorsterra have been lingering in her mind ever since her dream. It bogged her throughout the day.
She grabbed her Mac book, a pen and her jotter, before striding to sit on one of her French chairs. She didn't even know if she will find anything useful on the net but she has to try. She pulled the chair over and plopped down, immediately switching on her laptop. As she allowed the device to boot, she tried to remember Alfred's exact words_ about Morssorsterra being located in Pluto. She can remember the rebel saying, Morssorsterra is the entirety of Charon; from beginnings to the end. But she just couldn't understand any of these.
When the device finished booting, she quickly typed, 'Moons of Pluto,' and the internet was showing her notes like, 'The dwarf planet Pluto has five natural satellite. In order of distance from Pluto, they are Charon, Styx, Nix, Kerberos and Hydra. Charon the largest, is mutually tidally locked with pluto_Charon is sometimes considered a double dwarf planet.' Zahara bit her lower lip as she take in the images of Pluto's five moons the net was showing her. She groaned. This isn't helping at all but she's not gonna give up. She retyped, 'Charon,' and here she's seeing some pretty large sum of notes. 'Pluto's largest moon, Charon, was first discovered in 1978, when an observer at Naval observatory captured an image of what looked almost like a "bump" growing out the side of Pluto. It's about half the size of Pluto, and it's surface is mostly grayish with molten areas of reddish material near one pole. That polar material is made up of a substance called"tholin," which is made up of methane or ethane molecules, sometimes combined with nitrogen ices and reddened by constant exposure to solar ultraviolet light.' after sorting out important things and writing them down, she retyped. 'Is there life in Pluto?' But the damn internet is replying. "The surface of Pluto is extremely cold so it seems unlikely that life could exist there. At such cold temperatures, water, which is likely the vital for life as we know it, is essentially rock-like. Pluto is the second coldest planet in the Kuiper belt.'
Zahara dropped her pen on her jotter and leaned her jaw on her palms. When she saw Alfred and Elektra in her dream yesterday, she snitched out important information from the both of them. She heard from the rebel himself that Morssorsterra is located in one of Pluto's moons which he called Charon. Zahara thought it was ridiculous_ it sounded thrilling at that time. But now? Well, she wasn't so sure anymore.
She picked up her jotter, grumbling under her breath about how she couldn't put things together. She's upset that the internet couldn't provide her with important information she's looking for. Everything just doesn't make sense. She got frustrated and leaped from her chair. As she stood, the unlucky her coincidentally tripped over her stupid one pair of sneaker she forgot to return to her shoe rack. She huffed and cursed, rubbing her slightly swollen ankle. She paced around her room, trying to walk the anxiety out of her body. Trying to think of a possible conclusion to all these nonsense and think of ways to make everything sound right, she trudged towards the wall and leaned her back on the wall rereading whatever she jotted down. Scientists have visited Pluto countless times but couldn't find anything, not even a single living soul. How is that even possible? How hasn't anyone seen anything? Everything just doesn't sit right with her. She doesn't know how long she stood, leaning on the wall thinking.
