My stomach started to turn. I knew something bad was going to happen. I quickly went to Lucas's side and we put his arm around my waist.
There was more and more thudding. Sill screeching and gun shots. Maybe they were still alive and fighting the monster and the monster was almost dead.
Whatever it is, I just want to make it out alive. The gunfire all the sudden stopped. My stomach started to tune even more.
"Is... is it dead?" Dustin asked breaking the silence.
"No. They lights are still flickering. Meaning he is still hear" I said quietly.
And as soon as I said that the floor slams open causing everyone to jump in fear. Gosh shit.
"Go, go, go!" Mike shouted as he helped El off the table.
"Get the wrist rocket!" Dustin shouted at Lucas everyone was moving so fast and everything was happening so quickly.
The monster made another screeching sound meaning it was ready to attack. Lucas dug around in his book bag trying to find it as Mike and Dustin were yelling at him.
It was so much yelling. Over and over again. Telling someone to do this and that. While the monster stayed in its place not moving.
It was Lucas time to shine. He kept using the wrist rocket even though nothing was going to happen. It kept walking towards us and getting even more upset at us.
One after the other nothing was happening. Though there was nothing happening. It just kept walking towards us over and over again. At this point I knew something bad was going to happen.
I knew nothing was going to happen so I had to take matters into my own hands. I haven't used to power of Air yet so I pushed the monster back. He slammed right into the chalk board.
Everyone stopped at looked at me as blood went down my nose. El finally found the strength to get up too. I walked past them. So did El she was right beside me.
It was time to kill this bloody bastard for good.
"Y/n Stop!" I heard Lucas say and he walked up to me. I used my peers to push me back.
This was El and I's battle to fight and sure as hell we were going to do it. No matter what it took. I wasn't going to let it hurt anyone ever again.
It kept screeching and trying to fight against El and Is powers but it wasn't working. We were way stronger. Or what I thought we were.
Closer and closer we got to the monster. Until we were right inform of it. We stopped. It kept trying to move out of our grasp. But nothing was working or was going to work. The lights were still flickering off and on.
I turned around and saw them looking at me. I knew what this was going to take. This monster and I were going to go down together one way or another. And I knew my mom was going to be proud of me.
Saving life's just as she did. This was all for her.
"Goodbye Lucas. Goodbye Dustin. Goodbye Mike. Oh and when you see Will again, tell him I am really proud of him" I said as tears started to fall down my face.
"What?" Dustin asked.
"No" Mike said.
"Please don't" Lucas said.
As much as this hurt I had to. I have to be the hero. Better to be the hero. I looked back at the monster. I but my hand up. If I synced all my powers maybe into one maybe I can put him back into the upside down.
Then everything went black.

I woke up in my room. Well the one at Lucas's. I looked around the yellow colored walls. Wondering how I ended up here exactly. I slowly got up with a pounding headache.
"Your awake, I was just about to check up on you" Sue said as she came into the room with a glass of water.
"W-what happened?" I asked as I gladly took the water from her.
"You fell down and hurt your head real bad. You have been out for a couple of days. And Luckily you woke up on Christmas" she said with a big smile.
I knew that wasn't the case. Most likely that's why Lucas told his mom and dad. And I suppose the doctors too.
"Here I will go get Lucas" she said with a wink and walked out of the door.
I'm alive. I didn't die. I can't wait to tell El. She is probably my new best friend. Keep in mine I have hung around girls my whole life.
"Oh my god your awake and alive" Lucas said as he ran and hugged me tightly. I didn't care if it hurt I just missed him so much.
"I am so happy to be alive" I said as I pulled away from the hug. I grabbed his face and smashed my lips on his. As out foreheads were touching each other.
"Will, will be so happy to see you" he said with a huge smile.
"Will?! He is alive?" I asked with tears in my eyes.
"Yes he is" he said with a bigger smile to see how happy I was.
"What about El?" I asked.
"She, she, we haven't seen here" he said quietly.
"Oh" I said. She is probably still out there. I know I can feel her.
"But I have a Christmas present for you" he said trying to change my mood.
"No, you don't have too. I feel bad I didn't they you anything" I said.
"It's alright just open it" he said as he handed me a small box.
I opened it up to to see a small beautiful necklace.

"I remember you saying how much you loved butterflies and it made me think of you" he said shyly.
I looked up at him in awe I told him that when I was 4. And he remembered. And I still do love butterflies. But he remembered.
