"To slay the dragon, use the magic sword." A blonde half naked lady said on the game the boys were playing. I never paid it much any mind. But it made me cringe at the way she was so desperate. It was Dustin turn to play and I leaned over Lucas to see.
"Oh, Jesus! I'm in uncharted territory here, guys." Dustin groaned as he started to press buttons.
"Down! Down! Down!" Lucas shouted at him, it was funny to see how they reacted.
"I'm going! Im going!" Dustin shouted. Mike and Will jumped in and screamed different commands at him as the Dragon fought the knight. I giggled at the way they were reacting.
Soon enough Dustin ended up dying by the dragon blowing o fire on to the knight.
"No! No! No! I hate this over priced bullshit! Son of a bitch!" Dustin said as he slammed his hands down on his screen.
"Your not nimble enough. But you'll get there one day" Lucas mocked as he patted Dustin on the back. "But until then, Princess Daphne is still mine" Lucas said. I elbowed him in the stomach.
"No it was a joke" Lucas said trying to recover himself. I rolled my eyes and put my focus to Dustin again.
"Whatever. I'm still tops on Centipede and Dig Dug." Dustin said as he calmed himself down.
"You sure about that?" Keith said as he came out eating a bag of cheese puffs. I wanted to cringe at how creepy and weird he was for no reason.
"Sure about what?" Dustin asked him. We all looked at Keith and saw him shove a cheese puff into his mouth. "You're kidding me." Dustin said as he shoved Will out down the way to get to Dig Dug. "No, no, no. Move! Move! No, no, no, no, no. Hey, no! No! No!" Dustin said as he ran to the game. He screamed as he saw someone else Inhead of him.
Madmax.
"751,300 points?" I asked as I was shocked to see someone even come close to Dustin's score.
"That's impossible" Mike said as he was stunned as just as I was
"Who is Madmax?" Dustin asked Keith as he came up behind us.
"Better than you." Keith said as Dustin flipped him off. I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms over my chest.
"Is it you?" Will asked him.
"You know I despise Dig Dug." Keith said as he shoved more food into his mouth.
"Then who is it?" Lucas asked him.
"Yeah, spill it, Keith" Dustin asked him.
"You want information, then I need something in return. " Keith said as we all looked at Mike. We knew exactly what he wanted.
"No, no, no. No way. You're not getting a date with her" Mike said quickly defending his sister.
"Mike, come on. Just get him the date." Lucas said as he tried to convince Mike.
"I'm not prostituting my sister" Mike said to Lucas. I cringed at the words.
"I don't think it works like that" I said as they all ended up ignoring me.
"But it's for a good cause" Lucas whined.
"No, don't get him the date. Know what? He's gonna spread his nasty ass tags to your whole family." I said to him as I crossed my arms.
"Acne isint a rash and it isn't contagious you prepubescent wastoid" Keith said to me. I rolled my eyes.
"Oh, she is a wastoid?" Dustin asked sticking up for me.
"She wouldn't want to date you anyway" Mike said defending his sister again.
"You make, like, what? 2.50 an hour?" I asked him.
"Nice perm" he motioned to Dustin.
"Gonna make fun of my hair?" Dustin asked him as he scoffed. I turned around and noticed that Will was gone. I assumed that maybe he went to the bathroom.
"Keith, why can't you just tell us?" I asked him as I was getting fed up.
"I told you before, I want something in return" Keith said as he continued to shove his face.
"Your actually disgusting" Mike said as he said to Keith. I turned back around and did not see will at all.
"Gonna be right back" I said to Lucas as I walked away. I had no idea where Will was. And it felt weird for him to just disappear without some sort of trace.
I felt a familiar feeling in my stomach. The same feeling that I felt the night Will went missing. I walked passed the door and saw him standing outside. Ran outside and saw him standing on the sidewalk just looking up.
"Will?" I asked as I slightly pushed him. It was like he was in some sort of trance and he wasn't even blinking. I began to get worried and ran back inside of the Arcade. I found the boys still arguing with Keith. I pulled at Mikes sleeve.
"It's will" I said as I pulled him towards us.
"Hey! Where are you dickwads going? I still want my date" Keith yelled from behind us.
"Suck my dick" I yelled back at him as we made it outside.
"Will are you okay?" Mike asked as we all stood out looking at will. He finally broke out of his trance and turns around.
"Yeah. I just..." he trailed off. There was something definitely wrong and I wanted to help him as much as possible but I coudknt.
"Come on, it's your turn on Dig Dug" I said as I grabbed his hand and I took him back inside and Mike followed after me.
Something was wrong and I coudknt solve it. I know Will was not going to tell me at all because he didn't want us to worry at all. I pushed those thoughts aside as I continued to go along with the rest of the night.
My mom eventually picked me up and I fell asleep in the car. I went to sleep happy and I couldn't wait for school on the morning
