YOU AND MAKI had planned a day and time for your date, making sure both of you weren't busy and that you were completely available.

Which was fairly hard, considering you both had modeling jobs, as well as working and managing the drug ring all-in-all. The hustle was tiring, but it was worth it altogether.

You were getting ready for the date, completely focused, and concentrated on the tasks that you laid out for yourself. You hummed to the music that played in the background, sawing your hips and applying eyeliner to your features. Stepping back, you looked at your work, shocked that you had done it so well without messing up a part of the wing.

A red lip gloss coated your lips, making your lips a lot shinier and more noticeable. Your eyes were covered by your long lashes that were produced by the mascara you coated them with. The foundation you placed on gave your s/c skin a glowing look, making you look flawless and undeniably beautiful.

An f/c dress coated your features, lace pattern along the small slit on your thigh-high skirt. Black fishnets were placed on your legs, making your skin look like a game of checkers. The dress was snug and fit your body like a glove, adding you enough comfort room to move around and not restrict your breathing.

You walked a bit backward in the large, rectangular mirror in your bathroom, eyeing yourself head-to-toe. You smiled at yourself, completely proud that you did this in less than a few hours.

You still had around thirty minutes before Maki got here, allowing yourself to make sure everything was on accordingly and that your makeup was applied to your liking.

You turned off the bathroom light, walked into your large walk-in closet, and grabbed a purse that went with your outfit. You turned to a large body mirror and looked at yourself, turning ever so slightly to see if the dress gave your ass a nice shape.

The closet light was shut off and the door was closed as you walked out, making sure everything was tucked away and that nothing was a mess.

You walked down your hallway, heels clicking against the soft surface of your hardwood floors. The sound of the TV making slight noise in your sound empty house.

You sat on your couch, pulling out your phone and occupying yourself while multi-tasking and watching the TV. A few minutes had passed by and it was almost time for Maki to arrive, leaving you slightly nervous and self-conscious for the first time in a while.

Questions raced through your head, thoughts going a million miles per hour as time drew nearer. Your leg started bouncing up and down and you couldn't stop it.

Why were you so nervous?

The ringing of your doorbell shook you out of your thoughts, momentarily making your heart nearly jump out of your throat. Your eyebrow twitched in annoyance at yourself and you got up, your fingertips touching each other in a pattern that you were used to ever since you were little.

You found it comforting that it occupied your body and slightly your mind when you did so, making your anxiety a little less noticeable. You had used the same tactic for years, the habit becoming etched in your brain.

You stood from the couch, making your way over to the door, smiling slightly with butterflies swarming your stomach. You felt your heart rate quicken significantly, making your lip slightly twitch.

You stood at the door, reaching up and grabbing the lock, twisting it and unlocking it. A click ran through your ears and you twisted the doorknob, opening the door.

You smiled at the figure standing in your doorway. "Glad you could—"

Suddenly, you stopped, eyes adjusting to the sunset that was displayed in front of you, momentarily blinding you because of your house's position. A figure stood at your doorway.

"—make it..." You muttered out the last of your sentence as your eyes widened, realizing who the figure was.

"Miss L/N...glad to see you before you left." The figure stated. It wasn't Maki. Most definitely not her.

"May I ask who you are?" You said, softly. Your hands clench into fists, getting prepared for anything. Your grip on the doorknob tightened, dangerously coming close to breaking it off.

"I'm Detective Satoru. I have a few questions I want to ask you."
