15) Orangutan Encounter

You were getting restless, "what the hell is the point of having a stand if you don't even know how to use it."

Avdol was a guy who was wise and had been using his life to explore around the world. He has seen all types of stands and enemies.

Kakyoin was going to speak until Polnareff spoke up, "A SHIP!! THERES A SHIP!!"

Everyone looked at the sound and sight of rescue, their faces lighting up.

"Jotaro something's bothering you isn't there? Are you worried there is another stand user on this thing?" Old Joseph knew his grandson well.

'It is suspicious how there seems to really be no one on this boat' the thoughts of how odd this was to you kept coming.

Jotaro responded to the old man making good points as he always does, "Not quite, they lowered the stairs and yet there seems to be no sign of life."

'Hm. So mr aquaman over here thought about it too.'

"This ship came all its way to rescue us! There has to be some sort of crew on board! Even if there isn't I am getting on this boat because I cannot take drifting at sea any longer!" Polnareff was tired and was already on the ship.

Soon everyone was on but you waited for Joseph and Jotaro who stayed back. Jotaro was offering his hand to help Annie off the boat.

It was kinda cute how he wanted to help her get up. This was the Jotaro you loved the one who stayed back and showed how caring he really is.

But of course Annie pushed off the boat and lunged herself into Joesphs arms. You couldn't help but laugh as she stuck her tongue out at Jotaro.

"Yare yare"

You laughed harder knowing she had annoyed him.

Joesph gave you Annie as he and the men inspected the machinery and gauges. Everything seemed to be working perfectly but there was no one on board.

As they were yelling over hypotheticals, you rolled your eyes and sighed, walking towards a door Annie pointed to you. Using the strength you had (atleastalittlebitofit) you pushed the heavy metal panel inwards only for it to reveal a huge monkey in a cage.

As any good detective would do, you walked inside and inspected the area. You walked up to the monkey to see it looking at you with a crazy amount of intensity. You could've sworn the monkey was checking you out.

You laughed from all the awkward tension. You had to keep reminding yourself that this is an animal and not a human. Despite the look of..lust? Can monkeys even feel lust? Probably for other monkeys? Your face held a confused complexion.

You just kept rambling to yourself until you heard,

'You can read peoples minds and see visions based on who you touch'

your stands voice was getting louder and louder in your head. Almost in a trance, you raised out your hand to reach for the monkey.

"You have to see this come here quick!!" Annie yelled from the doorway.

But you didn't stop. Something told you not to.

All of a sudden your feet no longer felt the floor. Jotaro pulled you back throwing you over his shoulder.

You weren't even angry as your mind felt dazed. He caught wind of your strange behavior. Making a mark in his mind that he was definitely going to talk to you when you guys reached land.

"It's an orangutan" Kakyoin said as Jotaro put you down.

You went to walk forward towards the ape?monkey?? orangutan!??? thing??? again until Jotaro glared at you. His eyes basically saying sTaY iN yOuR pLaCe.

You glared back hoping that this eye communication thing would tell him, "you can't tell me what to do you big. Ass. Walnut."

Joesph was annoyed in a pissed way, "WHO CARES ABOUT A FRICKEN APE! LETS LOOK FOR SOMEONE HERE"

The men walked out first leaving you and Annie trailing behind. You looked back one more time as  you swore  you heard the animal making low noises at you. You ran a little faster due to fear as you were now alone.

You made it to the main deck where everyone was. You examined the area and stood quietly in the middle between Jotaro and Kakyoin. Apparently your fear was evident as Kakyoin looked down towards you and whispered if you were ok. You nervously nodded your head and knew he didn't buy it when his hand grabbed your chin.

He wasn't looking at you romantically just concerned.

The swinging of a rusted metal hook connected to one of the ship poles caught most peoples attention. Kakyoin letting you go made you both turn to it.

"AVDOL! THAT SALIOR! WATCH OUT!" Joesph yelled. Everyone shrieked in terror. You swear you were going to throw up.

The grunted sight of a man getting the back of his neck impaled by a rusty hook was something you were never going to forget. Blood spewed everywhere.

The hook sprung the man higher into the sky. Blood splashing towards your direction gave the ice in your body the chance to melt as you instinctively looked to the side.

It was almost as if it was in slow motion. Warm dark liquid hit your face and neck as the view in front of you was Jotaro shielding Annie from the sight.

Tears filled your eyes from so many things. Not from Jotaro of course he was protecting a child. It was from the hanging guy, yeah it was the guy.

Kakyoin noticed this and shoved you into his chest. One hand instinctively in your hair holding you close as the other supported your back.
Sobs were escaping now and you couldn't close your eyes cause when you did the scene would replay.

"Yare yare daze, that isn't any way to greet a lady, now is it?" That's all Jotaro had to say as he held Annie.

Your head was moving away from kakyoins chest as he fought to keep it there. You held onto him tighter as you finally broke free to see the full scene.

Goosebumps covered your body, as not just one but all the sailors noted no one was touching or had touched the controls.

A dark feeling was looming.

But.

You knew it was not as dark as the feeling of what you felt was to come.

This is jojos and jojo has a lot of gore, I won't be too detailed with it but should I still put a warning before the chapter or before the part where it is? I want everyone to be able to enjoy this book
