Part: III So Long

You stared at your mom and threw your fork down at the table. "Ugh" You were frustrated. You looked around now embarrassed to have acted out.

"Y/N.." Holly was giving her hand out to you.
You looked at her sheepishly through your hands which covered your face. She brushed her dress in her seat and smiled nicely,"Look I know that your feeling upset but it's only for a while and you'll be right back here in no time I promise."

It was hard for you to be mad at holly. You couldn't be, she was a bundle of  sunshine...

'Though I don't see how she could get that from Joesph' you thought.

You looked at floor and sighed, "You're right so when I'm a leaving?"

Your mom looked out the window. You knew this wasn't good. "Tomorrow after school you're going home with holly and mr joestar."

There was no point in fighting it so you just put a fake smile on and said ok. You have to be strong you reminded yourself, "May I be excused." Your mom nodded and so you left to your room.

You retreated to your own place blocking everything else around you out. You packed a bunch of your clothes and all your girl needs. Also along with your favorite pillow sure it was silly but you liked hugging something as you slept.

Time passed as you had just finished packing. tiredly, you looked at the time.

1:35 a.m

You were unbothered.

"Eh I've stayed up til later." You layed down on your bed and stared at the sky. You reached out your hand motioning to grab your hugging pillow.

You mentally face palm as you remember you had packed it away with the rest of your stuff.

"Ughhh" you groan as you started feeling sleepy....slowly, you drifted off to sleep.

Looking in a mirror you saw you were smaller than usual, you were also shorter and younger . Your hair was by your shoulders and you were wearing overalls. That's when you heard a voice behind you. "Y/N Y/ N, come on dont you wanna skip?"You turned around

"J-Jotaro?" That's when the young boy grabbed you by your arm. You were 14 and Jotaro was 15 you guys had known eachother for as long as you could remember.

That's when you looked around your surroundings and you noticed where you are. You guys were skipping school. This seemed so stupid now looking back on it.

Jotaro had decided to take a short cut by a neighborhood not knowing at the time it was dangerous.

"J-Jotaro i don't think we should be-" you were cut off. He stopped dead in his tracks and looked at you. He motioned a finger on his lip telling you to be quiet. He then grabbed your arm and you both ran behind some trash bins.

That's when you heard yelling there were 5 men on the street. 4 vs 1. You were reliving the accident.

You couldn't hear well because they were whispering but you saw the 4 men starting to get nervous and angry. That's when you saw the 1 guy put his hands up.

Jotaro looked at you all of a sudden as if something clicked on his brain. The moment went so slow. You looked away from the scene watching Jotaros side view. Like that, a gun shot went off. You saw horror consume your friends face. Turning back to the noise, you saw a man drop on the ground. That's when time seemed to resume. Before you could react, Jotaro toppled you, covering your mouth.

Waiting to be in the clear, he then grabbed you again. This time tighter than the last. He tugged you up and ran, practically dragging you by him.

You guys went home, sat on the couch and waited for your mom to get home. One sat on the left side and the other sat on the opposite right side. Space dividing the both of you as you stare foward not saying a word. The news was on and they talked about the incident. You remembered how the men looked like but jotaro insisted for you to stay quiet.

So you did. you trusted him.

That's when you got a note in your locker the next afternoon

Look y/n I'm sorry for yesterday you saw that because of the stupid short cut I wanted to take for now I'm not gonna go over anymore and I think it's better we both go our own ways.

You remember crumbling that note in your hands and crying

That's when you woke up you looked at the time.

6:00 A.M

You decided to get up. You walked to your mirror as you noticed the mascara marks on your face. That's when the emotion of missing someone hit you. You clenched your chest and cried a little more, "what a pussy y/n."

You noticed there was a picture of you and him when you guys were kids under your mirror. You picked it up and smiled...soon is all you thought.

You got yourself ready and dressed
