I WOKE UP to the smell of...pancakes? My FAV! I rushed to the kitchen to see if I was correct. And I sure was! Right, there was a giant short stack of buttermilk pancakes! I sat at the dining room table to stuff my mouth. Did I mention that I LOVED pancakes?
Anyways, while I was eating Dad announced, "Raelynn, today your mother and I are going over the Bakers house. We'll see if what you were told about Tina was right. I mean, maybe they really are a normal family?"
"Don't get ahead of yourself Matthew. We're not sure yet." Mom told Dad.
"In the meantime, could you get dressed Rae? And for the love of Pete, wake up your brother!"
I finished eating and then went upstairs to my brother's room
"WAKE UP SHITBIRD!" I screamed. "Sorry I mean-" I put on my best "mom" voice. "Rise and shine sweetie!"
"Get out of my room Raelynn!" He yelled.
He was always cranky in the morning.
"Well hurry up cause Mom's not gonna be happy with you, or me, if you don't wake up."
"Yeah, yeah, I know. Now could you please GET OUT!"
I slammed the door shut just to piss him off, and then I ran to my room before he could catch me. As I rummaged through my closet, I found something to wear.

I really don't know why this whole Tina thing is such a big deal. I mean we've experienced nosey neighbors before so what makes this so different? I think Raelynn is right if I'm being honest. I just hope Jill can agree.
