Yurina had no idea what she was doing. But there she was, signing papers, getting things squared away, appointed as a teacher for first years at U.A high school. "Alchemi Sensei" felt like a joke, but there she was, living one of the most serious jokes of her life.

"Here's your office." Nezu opened up the door to a room fit with a good-sized desk, a small longue area, and a bed in the corner, hidden by a curtain.

"This is more than enough." Yurina said, "Why are you giving me so much room?"

"It adheres to your job," Nezu explained, "Your office is right next to Recovery Girl. Think of yourself as a counselor for the kids. They can come in here to talk to you, maybe to sort out their thoughts, their feelings." Yurina nodded, listening to Nezu ramble along.

She had agreed to several things. Yurina would give lectures and lessons to the first years twice a week. Once on Mondays, the next on Fridays. During the rest of the week, she would be available by appointment or walk-ins for students to come with their grievances or mental struggles. For those, she would be open to all students, not just first years.

"They pay isn't as high as a pro-hero's," Nezu said, "But I'm sure that's the least of your worries."

This is so weird, Yurina thought as she scrawled her signature on the last few bits of paperwork.

She called Keigo later that day.

"You're what?"

"Here me out."

"Did your mother sign you up??"

"I said here me out."

Keigo calmed down after Yurina's entire story, but still sounded unsure.

"And you want to do this?"

"I think it could be an opportunity." Yurina said. She wasn't lying at all. This was all a chance for something. Not just for her, and her memories, but for the students, for the teachers, even for Keigo. "It'll be a good opportunity for scouting new heroes," Yurina added, "You know you can't deny that." She heard Keigo sigh through the phone.

"Alright," he said with a chuckle, "You got me."

"I've always got you." Yurina couldn't help but say. She was smiling like a schoolgirl in love, but no one was around so it was fine. "I'll call you later. Mhmm, alright.... Pfft, I love you more."

The news of Yurina's new job change stayed under wraps. While all the staff at U.A knew that it would all come undone once school started, they could all at least enjoy a few more weeks of silence before news reporter calamity began.

Yurina sat in the silence of Nemuri's house, having already moved and arranged things in her new office. As she settled down on the couch, her phone pinged.

I'm in town! Wanna grab a coffee? Yurina recognized the name and checked the time. Coffee for late afternoon? Why not. Yurina texted them back and stood up to get ready.

There were few civilians that could pair Yurina's face to her hero persona. Amongst heroes, there were a few that did know what she looked like under the mask, but only ones that she had grown close to, or had seen her grow up. Aside from Keigo, whom she had met outside of school, Yurina did manage to make one friend.
