After all this time? (Sequel to Why Now?)

He did what!

Lori was sitting on the couch staring at the blank TV screen. She looked over at the clock and groaned as it was already going to be two in the morning. She sighed and jumped when her phone started ringing.
"Is this Lori?"
"Yes, may I ask who's calling?"
"This is officer Brooks, ma'am do you know a man named Gabriel Morales?" Lori got up and went to her room where Cole and Cassidy were sleeping with Dana and Will on the floor.
"Ma'am... you need to come pick him up."
"Cole wake up." He sat up and turned on the lamp.
"Turn off the lights." Dana cried.
"Cole, Gabe's at the police station."
"What!" Cole and Dana shot up.
"Ma'am?"
"Yes, I'm sorry. Umm... May I ask what-"
"Don't call her! She'll hate me forever! She'll take away my batman!" She chuckled as she heard Gabe crying in the background.
"DWI, public intoxication and publics disturbance. He was found running into stores buying things and shouting at the workers for not doing their jobs."
"He got a DWI." Cole groaned and got up.
"I'm coming too." Dana got up and went to check on the kids.
"We'll be down there shortly." She hung up and punched the wall.
"Ahh!" Will screamed getting up.
"Sorry, Nutella." Lori smiled sadly and helped him back to sleep as Cole woke Cassidy up and explained to her.
"It's fine, I'll be here with the kids." Cassidy sat up.
"What happened?" A sleepy Eli asked coming into the room.
"Gabe is down at the police station and I need to go get him." Lori said.
"Here." Kyle walked in with an ice pack.
"You're the only one who punches or breaks things when you're frustrated or pissed off." Lori smiled and shrugged.
"Mommy?" Lori looked over as Little Gabe came in holding his batman with Shawn and Dana right behind him.
"What's going on?"
"Nothing baby. Mommy just has to go get daddy from his party." Lori kissed his cheek.
"Is daddy in trouble?"
"He's gonna be." He nodded his head and climbed into her bed where Shawn was now laying with Cassidy.
"We'll be back." Cole kissed Cassidy.
"Be safe."
Lori, Dana and Cole got into Lori's car and started driving downtown. She started out the window as Cole drove and watched as the Trees passed by.
After the 10 minute drive they had arrived. They walked in and gasped as they as Gabe with his shirt off standing on top of a desk singing Zero Gravity.
"I never wanna touch the ground."
"Well if it isn't Miss Lori. What on earth are you doing here kid?" Sheriff Daniel's asked.
"Picking up THAT." She pointed to Gabe who was jumping off.
"Cole!" Gabe tackled him and started kissing his face.
"That thing belongs to you?"
"Afraid so." Lori chuckled as Dana struggled to get Gabe off.
"BATMAN!" Gabe looked up and ran to Lori.
"MY BABY!" He cried into her chest. "Mmm so soft, they got bigger too." He giggled.
Lori pushed him off and smiled. "Gabe..."
"Yeah?" She slapped him.
"What was that for?"
"For being an IDIOT! I'm at home WORRYING ABOUT YOUR DUMB ASS WHEN I WASNT SUPPOSE TO! ITS TWO IN THE FUCKING MORNING GABRIEL AND THE POLICE HAVE TO CALL ME BECAUSE YOU GOT A DWI AND PUBLIC DISTURBANCE!"
Gabe frowned and looked up at her with watery eyes. Lori sighed and faces Sheriff who just waved his hand.
"Just take him. No on got hurt and frankly... I think he's safer here then with you right now." He smiled.
Cole and Dana led Gabe to the car and sat in the backseat with him while Lori drove. She tried calming herself down but couldn't.
"Give me his phone." Cole took it out of Gabe's pocket fearing Lori right now.
He watched as she went through his contacts at the red light. She put the phone to her ear and waited for the person to pick up.
"Hello?" A voice asked.
"I'm going to kick your ass! You let him leaving the fucking party drunk Corbin!"
"He wouldn't listen to me! He-"
"Got a fucking DWI and I had to pick him up at the fucking police station. Listen, I don't know why or how the fuck YOU found ME, but if this shit happens again or if anything happens at all, I'm coming for your ass." She hung up and threw the phone to the side.
