Chapter Eighteen

Zayn P.O.V.

I had the same nightmare again.I woke up all sweaty and shocked."What sort of nightmare is this?",I said panting..I have always had this nightmare since I had Tori locked up and drugged In the hospital.In the dream,I was tied down by different chains.I was unable to move then I saw Mom and Dad walking towards me.I was relieved they're gonna save me but dad's voice boomed out."You don't deserve to live Zayn,I'm coming for you",he said.Mom moved closer to me and chopped my arms off cackling.Dad joined and all I could do was scream in pain.I looked at the time,It was four 'o'clock.I turned to see Iris sleeping comfortably,how did someone sweet and caring as this fall in love with a monster like me.I sighed and stood up from the bed,I was about to go to the restroom when my phone rang.It was Dr.Kingston"Yes,Dr.Kingston",I said as I picked the call."Zayn,Tori has escaped",Dr.Kingston dropped the bombshell."What?",I yelled."How did that happen",I asked."I guess it was her and Adrian that escaped",Dr.Kingston said."She was supposed to be dead",I yelled."How did that happen",I asked again."I'm sorry I can't explain this time",he answered."You're fired,Mr.Kingston",I screamed and ended the call.
Tori mustn't be alive else I'm doomed for life.I have to get rid of Dr.Kingston asap.He knows everything about me and might use that against me .All I need to do is to make a phone call.
"Cedric",I said as the call went through.
"Yes sir",he answered."Get rid of Dr.Kingston",I told him."I'd be expecting you in an hour time",I said as I ended the call.Iris walked up to me and hugged me from behind.I turned around in fear and heaved in relief when i saw her."What's wrong babe,i heard you scream",she said softly.
"Nothing babe,it's work",I lied.
"You need to take a break from all this stress",she said looking at me.
"You're right babe",I said to Iris and hugged her"don't worry too much,I'd be okay",I said tousling her hair."Let's go back to sleep",she suggested and I agreed.We went to bed and held on to her."Adrian",I thought.I remember him very much.He was the handsome doctor in term that Kingston told me he was competent and I've complimented him about his looks."That bastard",I thought.He ran off with my sister thinking they would hide from me.No one hides from Zayn Jordan,I'm a demi-god and I do as I please.I would get him in no time and would make him die a very miserable death.I'd go after his sister too and kill her then as for Tori,I would make her suffer to my heart content before deciding what to make of her.I have to own everything,Tori isn't needed in the picture.Everyone thinks that I'm the biological child of the Jordan household.It's better or stays that way as I cannot afford to lose everything now.
I killed dad's lawyer,killed the second lawyer here hired to keep hold of the will,waived Judith's death,killed kingston now and had arranged for Mom and Dad's death.Tori didn't know that yet and I would make sure she doesn't until the right time comes.My phone beeped;"Kingston is dead,sir",the message read.I smiled to myself as I hugged Iris more.Dr.Kingston is now dead so I can be rest assured nothing would get in my way.Too many bloodshed in my hand.I don't care and I'm willing to do more to get my hands on what's mine.I felt fulfilled and at rest.I couldn't risk closing my eyes for the fear of those nightmares haunting me again ."It would soon be morning,Zayn",I said to myself and looked at Iris.
