Steddie :)

10.Steve

Eddie didn't look too good, he looked pale. He was asleep in the back of my car.

I try not to drive recklessly, while still driving fast enough to get us home so that I can properly care for Eddie.

"Steve?" Eddie calls out for my name.
"Yes love?"

Eddie does a weak smile.

"I love you." Eddie whispers.
"I love you too."

I reach my hand into the back seat and Eddie Immediately grabs it. And squeezes my hand.

We drive like this for maybe 40-50 minutes.

I look at the stereo, and it reads 11:45  we probably have another 40 minutes left on the ride home.

I stop at the nearest stop sign and look over at Eddie.  He looks tired, really tired. I hope he's okay.

The ride back home was tiring, more tiring for Eddie than me. Eddie's house was closer by about 5 minutes, and I didn't know if my parents where even home or not.

I pull into Eddie's driveway. I had called Wayne before we left the condo to ask him to leave the door unlocked so that I could take Eddie back since he was sick, and he did.

I walk over to the car, and open the passenger side back door, which is where Eddie's feet where. I didn't want his head to fall out of the car.

  I crawl up bed to him and gently tap him.

"Eddie, love it's time to get up. We're home."

Eddie didn't wake up.

So I gently scooted him closer to the door, and once I got to a point where I could pick him up, I picked him up bridal style and carried him to his bedroom. And laid him on his bed. He was wearing a teeshirt and shorts. Although the teeshirt was covered in throw up so I took the shirt off of him and picked up a random band tee he had laying around. I move the hair out of his face and tuck him in with the blankets.

"Thank you Steve." Eddie whispered to me.
   "No problem Eddie, this is what boyfriends do."

Eddie signals me to come and lay next to him, so I do. He's now laying his head on my shoulder cuddled up next to me. At one point Eddie was just about to fall asleep, and then he began to feel sick. He ran to the bathroom and I followed in behind him.  I  immediately hold his hair back. And wet a rag for him. Eddie stands up and let's me put the rag on his forehead.

  "Do you want to take a shower?"I ask
   "I guess so."

"You don't have to if you don't want too. But I can stay in here if you want. Or I can go."

" I want you to stay with me."
  "Okay,then I'll Stay."

I start the water, and as Eddie's getting undressed I go and grab him some fresh clean clothes.

He's just sitting in the tub. Watching the water spill out of the faucet.

I knock on the frame of the door to let him know that I'm in here.

"oh hi Steve." 
     "Hi Eddie."

I take a seat on the floor next to the tub, so basically me and Eddie are sitting right next to one another but one is in the water  and one is not.

I'm not sure why Eddie wanted me to stay in the bathroom with him, but I don't mind it honestly.

Eddie finishes up his bath and i walk out so that he can get dressed.

I go in his room and sit on the bed, his room looks really cool actually.

I see something In the corner of my eye, it's Eddie.

"Hi Eddie."
"Hi."

"Are you hungry? I can make you something to eat if you are." I ask

"Oh no, I'm fine. Thank you though."

Something has to be up with Eddie. He's barely ate anything these past few days. It's worrying me a lot.

Eddie and I lay down, just chatting normally. And doing other things that couples do.

Our peaceful moments alone where interrupted by a phone call. I told Eddie that I'd go answer it.

I walk out of Eddie's room, and into the kitchen where the phone is.

I answer the phone.

"hello?"
"Steve is that you?"
"Yes it's me. Dad why are you calling?"
"We need you to come home immediately."
"But my friend is sick and I need to take care of him."

"I don't care... i need you to be home."

(A/N I'm sorry that this chapter is so short it's around 300-400 shorter than normal, but don't worry more chapters will be coming out! This isn't necessarily an angst chapter but it's building up to the against, oh and thank you guys so much for
