Chapter 25

Forth's POV

I couldn't focus on classes today. I was thinking about Beam all the time. He still hasn't answered my calls. I am on my way to medical's cafeteria.

I saw him and his gang on their usual table. Phana and Kit are having their lunch. But Beam is sleeping on the table.

I went near him and sit beside him.

I asked Phana "why he is not eating anything"

"He is not feeling well"

"What happened to him?"

"Just hangover"

I got up and went near one of the stall to buy him congee.

I woke Beam up.

He squeezed his eyes. His eyes seem to be red.

By the look he gave me I can tell him he is annoyed that I woke him up.

"What do you want Forth"

"Eat it" I placed the congee in front of him.

"I don't want it" he moved the bowl and put his head on the table to sleep again.

I woke him up by holding on to his upper arm. He was ready to shout at me so I placed a full spoon of congee on to his mouth.

"Why don't go and feed your Lily she might be tired after last night " Beam questioned me.

"Why jealous?" I asked him while smirking.

He was fuming. wrong move.

"I don't give a shit" he shouted and got up from the table.

I grabbed his upper arms and forced him to sit on the table and held his waist tightly. I held the spoon near his lips. He was still struggling to get out from my grip.

"Forth stop this nonsense just leave me alone"

"I won't let go until you eat this"

"I told you I don't want eat"

"Then don't eat it but at least let me explain what happened last night"

"I don't want to hear about it"

"But I am not leaving you until I tell you the truth. Nothing happened between me and Lily last night. I left my phone at the table while I was in the restroom. So when you called she picked up and answered it. I left the bar at the moment when I found about it. I called you many times but you didn't pick up"

"Forth I don't want to hear more lies. Just leave me" he said while trying to get out from my grip.

"He is telling the truth"

It was Lam who said it.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him. He was here with Park. I didn't tell them I was coming here.

"Our dean asked this file to hand these files to the Professor here" he said while showing the files in his hand.

"What he said is true Beam. He left the bar right after that. And he even rejected her if you want to know" Park said.

Beam stopped struggling now.

"So you believe them. Not me?" I acted hurt

"Well I know Lam wouldn't lie so" Beam mumbled.

Really Beam you believe him more than me. I turned my head and glared at Lam.

"What the hell with the glare Forth?" Lam asked me.

"Why don't we give this to the professor and go?. Forth come with us our periods are starting soon" Park interjected

I turned to look at Beam

"Will you eat it?"

"Yes" he answered and grabbed my spoon and started to eat.

"Phana make sure he eats it completely" I ordered Phana

"I am not a kid Forth I can take care of myself" Beam scoffed

"I know that but you are so stubborn so I had to make sure you are eating properly"

I said while caressing his head and left the place.

Beam's POV

I hate that asshole. Who does he think he is.

"Beam eat slowly. Nobody is going to steal your food"

I looked at my bowl it is almost empty. I didn't know I was eating my food so fast while cursing him in my mind.

"Beam do you mind us explaining what the heck just happened here? Because acted like a jealous girlfriend. And don't think I forget about yesterday. You asked us not to attend Forth's calls .what are you hiding from us Beam" Phana inquired.

"Why were you acting like all tsundere around him" Kit questioned me.

"Why are guys interrogating like this. I didn't do anything wrong?"

"We are not saying you did anything wrong but you are acing strange Beam. You really acted spoiled with Forth" Kit questioned.

"I don't act like that" I offended

"Yes you do" they both said unison

"And don't think I forgot about what happened yesterday when I was picking you up. Did you know Kit he was blushing so much because Forth teased him. He looked really baked" Phana informed Kit.

Really? phana do you have to bring that up right now.

"Is this true Beam. Because we tease you all the time but you were never flustered. We never saw you getting flustered over someone. Tell me what happened yesterday or I will ask Forth about it"

"Okay you can ask Forth about it then. He will tell you".

I am pretty sure even if Kit has the courage to ask Forth he will not say what happened so I am safe.

"Beamieee" Kit whined

"Both of you stop this. I am exhausted"

"Okay we are not questioning you anymore. But you behave really different with Forth. I want you to be careful with your actions. I don't want you to get hurt Beam. You know Forth was a player right. Worse than you. I don't want you to get hurt" Phana said worriedly.

"But Pha" he cut me off

"I don't need you to explain everything to me just be careful. Whatever your decision is I will be with you that is all I have to tell you." he said while getting up and picking up his trays. Kit followed him.
