Chapter 18

School has started again so that means everyone is back at Eden hall, and everyone on the team keeps asking why Julie and I arnt talking and it's very awkward

"Cmon Cameron, just tell us why you and Julie aren't talking" Avermen says as we sit for first period, math
"Avermen, why don't you ask her" I say setting my stuff down
"But I don't sit near her till 4th period" he says wining

Skip to lunch

I sat down at the end of the table, away from Julie
"Cameron, food" Guy said standing behind me
"Fine" I say shoving the chair out from behind me
Me and Guy get lunch and sit back at the end
"Hey Connie" I say sitting next to her
"Liz, when is Keegan coming back?" Guy ask sitting across from me
Before I could answer Keegan and Alex walked through the door

"Hey Guy" he said hugging him and kissing him on the cheek
"Hey Cameron" he says hugging me

We all sit and catch up till the bell rings

I was walking down the hallway with Keegan and Connie
"So lizzy how's you and Gaffney" Keegan says elbowing me
I look at him then at Connie, then grab her hand
"Oh?" He said looking at me
"I'll tell you later" I say walking into the class room

I was walking to 6th period with Guy when I saw Julie and Dean making out against the locker
"Gross" Guy mumbled grabbing my hand
"It's whatever" I say opening my locker, which was just so conveniently across from them
"Are my pencils in there" Guy asked leaning against Avermens locker, which was next to mine
"Yeha" I say handing them to him

We where talking when the bell rang and Julie walked past us into class
"Hey Cameron, jealous?" Dean asked shoulder bumping
"Be carful, I heard she got herpes from scooter" I say shoving past him

I was drawing when I started feeling dizzy
"Guy" I say looking at him
"Yeah?" He said looking up at me
"I need to go" I say grabbing my stuff
"Wait for me" he said about to lean down
"No, you stay I'll be fine" I say walking out the door of the class room

I walked I got the girls bathroom and walked to the sink
"Oh? Cameron right?" I hear from behind me
I turn to see mindy whatever her last name is
"You don't look very well" she says walking closer to me
"I'm fine, thank you" I say walking out

I started walking down the hall when the speakers came on
"Elizabeth Cameron, my office now" it was the principal

I made my way to the office to see Fiona, Alex, Shawn and my mom
"Let's go, get your stuff, where going back to Seattle tonight" Fiona says grabbing my hand
"Why?!" I say yanking it out of her grip
"Because, there's better places for Tara there then here, go say bye to your friends and go to your dorm" she says walking out the door

I walk back to the art room and signal The team out
"What?" Charlie asked leaning against the lockers
"I'm going back home for my mom, she needs some doctors out there, one's they don't have here and I don't know if I'm coming back this year" I say looking at him

I give them all a hug except Dean
I get to Connie and she hugs me for a long time then kisses me getting a look from Julie

I walk out the door to where the dorms are
I get to the building and walk to my room
"I've packed your stuff let's go" Fiona says grabbing the bags
I didn't have a lot just a suitcase and a couple different bags
"I have to get my hockey stuff" I said setting a bag in the trunk
"Already got it" Jj says walking tot he car

We got to the airport and waited at are gate
"Why do I have to come with" I say looking at her
"Because with mom not working for money that means it's up to us including Austin to make money, next year when moms better we can go back to school, I already talked to the principal, he said your a good student, both of you and he wants you guys back as soon as possible" she said before looking at mom who was reading a book

We got on the airplane and I was sitting next to Shawn
"I saw that the Tannys showed up, I'm sorry that you couldn't stay to do that with them" he said giving a simpatico look

We landed in the rainy state, Washington
We got out to Fiona's car and drove to are house

We pulled up in the drive way and I unlocked the door
"Home sweet home" Jj said throwing his stuff in the coach
"That's on word" I say glancing at my moms room, still no door on it
"Go unpack, make sure it's clean" she says as we carry all the stuff In
"Liz, hide your meds and good" she says whispering to me

I take my stuff upstairs and put my meds in the under fabric spot of my mattress
I unpack and do laundry till three In The morning
After I was done I sat and looked through all the photos from this year
I took all the ones of Julie and put them in a box under my bed, along with the ones in my wall and replaced them with ones of me and Avermen, Guy and Connie and my brothers to

I started to clean my room, because it's been untouched for a year or so
Around 5 I finish and go downstairs
"You, Liz your getting a job at the ice rink, it's everyday before and after practice, your doing school at home this year to help, all off you" she says pointing at me, Jj, Shawn and Austin
"Jj, Shawn I don't care where you work, make it legal and good paying" she says looking at them
"And Austin your doing the grocery store, I'm working at this office job for you guys, now sit this is more important" she says leaning against the chair
"Mom got Eric taken away and if we can keep this house running and clean we get him back, means no skipping work or out on school, cause if no school, no jockey or basketball. Do I make myself clear?" She says sitting back up
"Yes ma'am" we all say getting up

I went up to my room and got changed into sweats and fell right to sleep
