THEIR WORLD

(Planet Immobi)

This planet goes by many names. Earth, Planet o' Freedom, Chiaroscuro Gaia, The Cool Blue Rock, and so on. But for reasons unknown, its main name was derived from the Latin phrase "obiectus immobilis" (immovable object). Which is rather ironic, considering that it's a world of constant change and motion. What planet isn't?

Its main native inhabitants are none other than the Immobians. Scientific Name: N/A. (As an example, Immobian cheetahs remain classified as "Acinonyx jubatus"). Other names include: Zoans, Beastmen, Fauna Folk, Indu-Moha, the Erect Ones, etc. 

Immobians are a collective race of sapient, generally bipedal animals of various shapes and sizes. As well as various powers and abilities -- though that depends on either the individual or their respective species. And regardless of what species they are, they all share a special gene responsible for their baseline appearance. Two arms, two legs, two opposable thumbs -- all that jazz. It's called the Luca-SHH, named after the "Last Universal Common Ancestor" of all life on Immobi. Small world, huh?

Speaking of which -- other coexisting species include the Immobics, their non-sapient counterparts. Hunted for food, kept for companionship, trained for labor, or simply living for the sake of living. Though referred to as just regular animals, it doesn't change the fact that they served as precursors for what came after. And while these classics have remained relatively unchanged over the course of evolution, the "moderns" got to diverge into something much more.

PROWLING PLAINS

(Chadian Savannah)

This prosperous terrain is home to a wide array of wildlife -- including gazelles, wildebeest, zebras, and various species of big cats. The Chadian savannah is known for its open vistas and grassy plains, making it an ideal location for a couple o' quicksters to race across.

In addition to its natural beauty, this place is also home to various settlements and communities of Immobians -- who have adapted well to life on the savannah. These communities rely on the grasslands for resources and food, and have developed unique cultures and traditions that are tied to the rhythms of life on these thriving grounds.

SAFARI CITYSCAPE

(Lagos City, Nigeria)

The city is known for its unique blend of modern urban life and traditional African culture, and it's home to a diverse population of Immobians.

Lagos City is a hub of activity, with its streets and alleys crowded with vendors selling all manner of goods and services. The city is also home to many high-tech industries, and its skyline is dotted with towering skyscrapers and sprawling industrial complexes.

Despite the modernity of the city, however, traditional African culture is still very much a part of life in Lagos. The city is famous for its vibrant marketplaces, where vendors sell everything from exotic spices to handmade crafts. And despite the hustle and bustle of city life, the people of Lagos City remain close-knit and community-oriented, with a strong sense of pride in their African heritage.
