I headed inside our room collapsing on the bed. I stared at my guitar in the corner, well technically it wasn't my guitar but whatever. The bed was still slightly dusty, but I didn't care at this point. I was just so worn out and tired from fighting. Grim came up on the bed.
"Night,G" he said to me before flopping on the middle of the bed.
"You gotta be kidding me...anyway night" I went up to go get changed, I don't think that sleeping in a skirt is very comfortable. I changed into a black sweater and some basketball shorts. I also wore some loose socks with butterfly's embroidered on them. Definently not the most fashionable outfit but I guess it will do.
"Sweet dreams Alice, Rose..." I whispered as I found a semi-comfortable spot on the bed around Grim. I didn't want to bother him because that would be mean.
"Wonder how their doing..." I closed my eyes and fell into a deep sleep. Suddenly I opened my eyes. Not to see the dorm but instead a large castle and weird guys in card costumes painting roses.
"Hurry and paint the roses red! Hurry before the flowers wither"! One of the soldiers said as the others rushed to follow his demands.
"Hurry! hurry! we have to paint the roses red"! The Ace of clovers said while rushing over to some white roses.
"Painting the roses? Thats odd..."
A girl with blonde hair and a cute blue dress came out of the bushes "Why do you have to paint the white roses red"? She asked the soldiers.
"Huh"? All the soldiers stopped and stared at the little girl
"Well, the fact is miss; we planted the white roses by mistake"!
"The queen, she likes them red. if she was the white instead, she would cut of our heads"! Another soldier rhymed
"Goodness"! The little girl said in shock
"Since this is the part, we dread; we shall paint the roses red" The dream faded out as black surrounded me. I opened my eyes and sat up to see the same old dirty dorm as before
"Was I lucid dreaming"? I sat in silence and pondered what just happened.
'Tap tap' the door thumped loudly.
"Is someone knocking on the door..." I tapped on Grims's head to try and wake him up
"Mmm...Hey,G. Sounds like we have a late-night visitor" he said tiredly
"Is it those ghosts again? They don't know how to quiet down..." We got out of bed and slowly walked downstairs.
Grim changed into his human form just in case it as someone we didn't know.
"It's literally so fucking late...Who could it even be" The person continued knocking as we carefully got closer to the door.
"It's me, Ace. Let me in" The familiar voice called out I opened the door as Ace walked in.
He was still wearing his school uniform but something interesting was on his neck. It was the same collar that redhaired kid put on Grim.
"Ace? What're you doing here this late...what's that collar around your neck"! Grim pointed at said collar
"I'm never going back to hellslabyul ever! From now on, I'm joining your dorm"! He said angrily.
"What? Why though"?? I asked
"Thats the same collar that red-head senior put on me at the entrance ceremony, right? What's it doing on you" Grim asked in genuine Suprise
"I ate a tart"
