we finally made it to p.e (albeit a bit late) and we got changed. the uniform I got was a white t-shirt with a black p.e jacket that kind of looked like shit but anyways there was also an option between track pants, shorts, or a really long skirt. I choose the skirt because all the others were ugly. I walked outside throwing the jacket over my shoulders. the sun was blinding as I stared at our teacher. he was this reeeeeeeealllly buff guy with a weirdly pretty face. I looked at my surroundings till I spotted Ace, Deuce, and Grimm.
"G!! Over here"! Ace called out.
"you guys look great," I said in a sarcastic tone.
they were wearing basically the same thing as me but with track pants and a different colored shirt . "shut up"! The red-haired boy angrily said while blushing.
I giggled as suddenly the teacher spoke up
"Names, Vargas. I'm in charge of training you bean sprouts. Becoming a great mage starts with the body! Just look at the muscles you can get by eating raw eggs every day"! He proceeded to show off his arm.
"You can't be a mage if you don't have the stamina for it! start with 20 laps around the track and 100 pushups"! He blew his whistle as the other students in the class quickly ran ahead.
"Ugh...I don't hate exercise but I can't stand teachers like this" Ace said as he ran
"I'm with you on that one. it's always the worst when they force you to do stuff" I blinked and when I opened my eyes deuce was way ahead of me
"I'm confident in my stamina" He smugly said.
'showoff...'
"What's the point in running around in circles?! I'm not a freaking hampster"! Grimm angrily said as he ran beside me.
we made it around 3 laps before the class ended
"I'm gonna fail for sure" I sighed.
*very small timeskip *
Duece pulled out the list of classes we had together as we walked side by side "let's see, the next class isssss..." He trailed off looking for the name
"well what is it." ace glared impatiently
"for being a 'very cool magic school that is very cool' this place sure feels just like a normal school," i said.
"I know right? it's so boring. plain. not having my magic literally hasn't affected me at all. How bout you Grimm...hm"?
i looked next to me where Grimm should have been "OH SHOOT SOMETHING BADS GONNA HAPPEN"
Duece quickly made it to the window and stared out it "Look out the window! That furrys making a beeline through the courtyard"!
Me and Ace went to the window and sure enough, Grimm was out in the courtyard staring back at us with the stupidest smirk on his face "I'm not sitting through those boring classes all day! I'm a genius! Even if I don't take classes here I Can still swoop with this big magic I got"! He ran farther
"I swear to the great seven I'm going to kill that little b-"
"you should calm down G... Running away on the first day. He never learns does he". deuce said like a disappointed mother.
Ace turned to me "pff..imagine being a perfect and you already get reported for the negligence of your duties..."
"Are you threatening me"?
