"Γεια σας, τυχαίνει να γνωρίζετε πού είναι η Ακρόπολη?" Arya asked a lady in Greek. (Hello, do you happen to know where Acropolis is?) We were currently walking throughout Greece, and I wanted to go to one of the famous landmarks. Arya somehow knew Greek, and I assumed she was asking directions.
"Ναί. Περπατήστε σε αυτόν τον δρόμο μέχρι να δείτε ένα ανθοπωλείο. Τότε θα το δείτε." She responded with a smile. (Yes. Walk down this street until you see a flower shop. Then you will see it.) Arya turned back to me and Emily. "It is this way; my queen." She motioned down the street. I smile before following her.
"I didn't know you could speak Greek." I turned to her starting up a conversation. "We know many languages, all from different dimensions. Luckily Greek is the same here as it was from a previous dimension we visited." Arya answered with a smile.
After following the directions of the lady, I finally saw it. I smiled and could see the same excited smile on both Emily and Arya's faces. My smile immediately dropped as voices flooded my mind. It was like a tsunami hitting my brain all at once.
'This is delicious.' I hear a woman say in English. 'Έπρεπε να είχα πάρει τα χάπια μου σήμερα το πρωί. Η πλάτη μου με σκοτώνει!" I hear someone yell in Greek. I fall on my knees holding my head.
This was Edwards's gift, why was it acting up now? Why was it this bad? Arya and Emily were by my side asking me questions, but all I could hear was mumbled sounds. There were hundreds of people talking in English and Greek, and I could hear all of them.
If this is what Edward goes through all the time, then I don't blame him for being around Olivia. I fully sit down and focus on it going away. The pain, the voices; everything. Thankfully after a minute it stopped, but only for me to get pulled into a vision.
I open my eyes only to see pitch black. Light shines from behind me, so I quickly turn around, not liking the complete darkness. It was a woman she was walking around ruins; ruins of what I had no idea. She turns towards me before opening her arms letting out a burst of energy. The energy was purple, like mine. Who was she?
Before I could ask any more questions, I was engulphed in the darkness once again. In front of me a dark red dragon appears. It looked like it was made out of energy as well. I take a step forward, but it breathes fire on me, and I go flying backwards. I hold my stomach and look back up to see the dragon flying towards me. I quickly stand up running away from it.
I had gifts, but I'm sure strength and mind reading wouldn't help in my current situation. Would they even work? I'm in a vision, right? I stop running at that one thought.
When I turn around the dragon was still flying towards me, but before it could breathe fire, I put my hand up and focused on it to not hurt me. I couldn't keep running, visions never hurt me, or had things coming at me before. I was really hoping that something would happen, or I was about to feel some pain.
When I opened my eyes and see the flames stopping at my hand. The purple magic from my hand was stopping the flames from hitting me. Once the flames stop the dragon flies towards me. When it is only a few feet away from me it disappears and the entire space around me becomes light.
I open my eyes and the first thing I hear is Emily and Arya fighting. "If that was a vision, Alice can take it back." I groan. Arya was over to my side within a second. "Are you alright? After you collapsed, we brought you back to your penthouse."
I looked around me and saw that I was indeed in the penthouse. I sigh before sitting up. When I do, I immediately lay back down, I was still dizzy, but I could also still feel the energy that hit me in wherever I was.
