Delilah's POV
" I can't stand my little brother" I think to myself as I drive back to Bucks. I just don't know why the thought of Kelsey being around Darry made me so angry, my mind keeps replaying what Dallas said.....I don't like Darry...do I?
Nope I don't, what am I even thinking, that's my best friend in the entire world, and that's what he should ever be. I just can't stand Kelsey that's all , if it were any other girl I'd be perfectly fine. Enough of this though, Buck is having a party and it's exactly what I need to take my mind off of Ratface Kelsey.

I park my car and walk inside the Bar.

"Back so soon, I thought you'd hang over there for a while"

"Nah, don't wanna be there right about now" I say lighting a smoke, passing it to Buck ,then lighting one for my self.

" I get it, hey I just picked up some more booze wanna finish stocking the shelf?" I nod and walk behind the bar looking at all the cases of alcohol. Cases of Vodka, Rum, Beer, Whiskey, bout everything you could think of.

"This sure is a lot of booze......Buck you can't possibly afford all of this?", I say looking toward a smirking Buck.

"I get it discounted", he states in air quotes. Every greaser knows "discounted" really means "stolen". How he stole the much alcohol without getting caught, we will never know.

By the time I stocked all the drinks( which let me tell you, felt like years) I glanced at the clock on the wall which read 7:09. Damn!!! It's been 3.5 hours. I need to start getting ready. The party doesn't start until 9 but greasers show up whenever they want. Which means at any moment a gang of greasers could bust through the door and get this party started.

I make my way up the stairs into the small bathroom me, Dallas and Buck share. I take a quick shower and decide to straighten my hair. I rarely ever straighten my hair I usually tie it back with its natural curls but tonight I wanted to change it up. If I took my leather jacket and converse off I probably wouldn't look like much of a greaser. I don't dress like the other greaser girls, I don't wear tons of make up or super tiny dresses or even heels for that matter. But tonight I wanted to be different, I pulled this short black dress out of my drawer it's, one of the only dresses I own. It was short and it was low cut but still considered "modest" compared to other greaser girls. I used to wear it with my black heels when I worked as a waitress, at one of those " male attention" clubs,  I hated the job but I made great tips.

I throw on the dress and put my converse on,(I'm not feeling that bold) I decided to put on a little bit of mascara and lipstick, nothing too crazy. I put my leather jacket on and as I walk towards my door blasting music and yelling fills the house. The party has started.

Just a little filler chapter :) it's my first book how am I doing?
