Be Silent to hear God's voice

Take time to be still for this whole week. Every day after praying you'll take time to be in silence. For the first 3 days it will be 5 minutes and next 4 it will be 10 minutes. Set a timer and after praying, worshipping etc, set that timer and challenge yourself to not say anything. Remain in silence and keep your focus solely on God. Remain in silence to hear what God has to say. God can speak to you through thoughts, a conviction, a Bible verse that comes to mind, revelation, a vision etc but take that time to allow God to speak to you. To convict, instruct, teach and guide you.

We as women of God don't have a monologue relationship with our God but we have a conversational relationship. We listen to Him and He listens to us. We speak and He speaks. We ask questions and we wait to hear our God's response. The Holy Spirit isn't just there to hear us but to lead, speak and guide us. Ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you during your stillness and help you hear Him and most importantly expect that He will speak to you.
