Ch 19- BBQ

Tulsa, Oklahoma, July 24th, 2022

Today the Whitlock-Elrod family was hosting a BBQ. They invited the Curtis family and the O'Clery family.

The first family to arrive at the BBQ was the Curtis family. Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod opened the door.

Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod said, "Welcome to our BBQ."

Cora said, "Thanks for inviting us."

Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod replied, "Your welcome."

Vanilla, Cora, Popcorn and Mayanna walked into the house, and the door got closed by Mayanna.

A few minutes later, the O'Clery family arrived. Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod opened the door for them.

Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod stated, "Welcome."

Mrs.O'Clery replied, "Thanks for inviting us."

The O'Clery family walked through the door before the door got closed by Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod.

Mr.O'Clery said, "I see you have some other company over."

Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod said, "Yep, they are also my family's neighbours."

Blaze walked out to the living room.

Maeve said, "Hi, Blazey Bear."

Blaze replied, "Hi, Mae."

All the families were in the living room after Blythe, Blair, and Brett walked in.

Mary said, "Hi, I am Mary and I just recently graduated from Tulsa University."

Maeve said, "Hey, I am Maeve, and I will be a junior at Tulsa University."

Vanilla stated, "Hi, I am Vanilla, and I will be a freshman at Tulsa University."

Mayanna stated, "Hi, I am Mayanna, and I will be a senior in high school."

Meanwhile, with Cora, Popcorn, Mrs. and Mr. O'Clery.

Cora said, "Hi, I am Cora Curtis."

Popcorn said, "Hello, and I am Popcorn Curtis."

Mrs.O'Clery stated, "Hey, I recognize you."

Mr.O'Clery said, "You were the family I helped take photos for."

Popcorn said, "It is nice to meet you properly."

Mrs.O'Clery said, "Same here."

About thirty minutes later, the BBQ was ready to eat.

Blaze asked, "Vanilla, what will you be majoring in for university."

Vanilla stated, "I am doing open studies my first year, then my last three years, I will be majoring in Health Science because I want to become a Pharmacy Technician in the future."

Blaze replied, "That's nice."

Mayanna asked, "What are your majors, Blythe, Maeve and Blaze?"

Blythe stated, "I will also be majoring in open studies my first year, and in my last three years, I will be majoring in literature."

Maeve said, "I've been majoring in biochemistry since my freshman year of college."

Blaze stated, "I have been majoring in pre-med since my freshman year."

Mayanna stated, "That is nice."

Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod asked, "Mary dear, what did you get a degree in?"

Mary said, "I got a degree in nursing and have been accepted into nursing school here in Tulsa."

Mrs.Whitlock-Elrod said, "That is amazingly dear."

Mary said "Thanks."

Later that night, the BBQ was over, and the O"Clery and Curtis family headed back home.
