Ch 37- Vanilla's First Day Of University

Tulsa, Oklahoma, August 29th, 2022

Today was Vanilla's first day of university. Her mom will be driving her to university while Popcorn is going to drive Mayanna to school.

Vanilla's alarm went off, and Vanilla woke up and turned the alarm off.

Cora said, "Girls come down for breakfast."

Vanilla and Mayanna said, "Coming, Mom."

Both Mayanna and Vanilla got dressed and headed downstairs for some breakfast.

Popcorn said, "Morning, girls."

Vanilla said, "I am so ready for my first day at the university."

Cora said, "That's great, honey."

After breakfast, Popcorn took Mayanna to school while Cora prepared to take Vanilla to university.

Vanilla said, "I am ready to leave, Mom."

Cora said, "Alright, let's go, honey."

Vanilla got into her mom's car, and Cora started driving to Tulsa University.

After about nine minutes of driving, Cora finally reached Tulsa University.

Vanilla said, "I'll see you after school, Mom."

Cora said, "I'll see you later, honey."

Vanilla said, "Alright, bye, Mom."

Cora said "Bye, honey."

Vanilla got out of her mom's car and walked into her school. Cora drove off back home.
Vanilla walked into the gym, where the other students waited for the Dean to make an announcement.

Dean Hartford said, "Welcome to the 2022-2023 college year. Now for the freshmen class, you must have good grades in your classes if you want to graduate in 2026. For the sophomores, juniors and seniors here at Tulsa University, I hope you will set a good example for those currently a freshman here; thanks and you may all proceed to your classes."

All of the college students left to head to their classes.

Vanilla walked into her first class, Health Science, with Professor Arley. The teacher walked into the classroom.

Professor Arley said, "Hello, everyone. I will be your professor for your fall semester for this class."

Vanilla said "Alright."

About fifty minutes later, the bell rang, and Vanilla walked to her next Anatomy I class with Professor Ainsley. The teacher was waiting in the classroom.

Professor Ainsley said, "Hello, everyone and I will be your professor for the fall semester in this Anatomy I class."

Another fifty minutes later, it was time for lunch. Vanilla met her friends and boyfriend in the cafeteria.

Ella said "Hey."

Brielle asked, "How were your first two classes?"

Vanilla said, "It was great."

Nicole said, "Are you liking your professors?"

Vanilla said, "Yeah, my first two professors are great."

Blythe said, "What are your other two classes?"

Vanilla said, "Mathematics and Literacy are my last two classes of the day."

Charlie said, "Nice love."

Nick said, "Do you think you will like your professor in those classes?"

Vanilla said, "Probably I will"

Blythe went to talk with her older brother and his girlfriend, Maeve.

Soon enough, lunch ended, and Vanilla walked to her next Mathematics class with Professor Mason.

The teacher walked into his classroom after the lunch break.

Professor Mason said, "Welcome to Mathematics, and you will need a Texas Instrument Calculator for this class."

About another fifty minutes later, it was time for the last class.

Vanilla walked to her final class of the day, Literacy with Professor Carter. The teacher walked into the classroom.

Professor Carter said, "Welcome to Literacy, and I will be your teacher for the fall semester. Let's begin."

After fifty minutes, the class ended, and Vanilla could go home now.

Vanilla texted her mom to come and get her. Cora went and got Vanilla from college and is headed back home now.
