The next day Lira mostly talked to Flowey, telling him about yesterday.
Though she still thinks it's a bit weird that one of the pages in her notebook were torn, she didn't question him any further.
And to Floweys dismay, she noticed that he wasn't really acting like usual.
"...Flowey, what's wrong? Don't tell me you had another fight with miss Toriel..." Lira trailed off, Flowey stayed silent, looking at anything that isn't Lira.
She sighed. "Flowey..."
"I'm not starting them, she is." Flowey growled.
"Okay... Oh! I almost forgot... I got you something..." Lira said, grabbing her backpack and unzipping it.
After a minute she pulled out a CD.
"Napstablook gave it to me, but I thought you'd like it more than I do." Lira said, Flowey furrowed his non-existent brows. "Why would I like a disc?" Flowey asked.
"You haven't even heard the music yet!" Lira pointed out, pulling out a small music player from underneath her bed. She brought it home yesterday, but Flowey thought nothing of it.
Lira placed it down on the nightstand beside Flowey, putting the disc in it and pressed a button.
It started to play a calming tune...
Just because Flowey's tried to murder multiple human children and has murdered the whole Underground does not mean he can't like calming music.
After the song stopped playing, Lira took out the disc, placing it down behind the music player. "Do you like it?" Lira asked.
"...Y-yeah." Flowey muttered, Lira smiled. "I'm glad."

Lira knocked on the door to Toriel's room, patiently waiting for her to answer.
She did.
"My child?" She asked. "Hi miss Toriel. I wanted to talk..." Lira trailed off, Toriel nodded, letting her into the room.
"What do you want to talk to me about, my child?" She asked.
"Why do you and Flowey keep arguing?" Lira asked, Toriel tensed, before sighing.
"You see.. When you left, I asked him why he came with you and... He told me you weren't my child... Asriel was."
"I asked him how he knew that name... And it turned into a small fight... Before you came back I stormed off into the kitchen..."
"The second time... Was when you and Frisk went shopping... I begged him to tell me what he knew about my son.."
"He told me he did not know... And I accused him of lying, that was when he snapped, telling me he is dead and asking me what I wanted him to say."
Both of them stayed silent until Toriel spoke once again.
"I am sorry my child." Toriel apologized. "No.. It's okay... you just miss your son.." Lira said.
