Lira hummed a tune, walking past Undyne's house and taking a left. Going up the hill to Napstablook's house.
She was carrying multiple new pots for Flowey, but she wanted to see how Napstablook was doing. She gave the door a knock before walking in.
"Hi Blooky." Lira greeted. "hi..."
"How's you're new CD mix going?" Lira asked. "oh.. i'm almost finished with it..." Napstablook answered, Lira smiled. "Well, I can't wait to hear it." Lira told him.
They talked for little while longer before Lira decided it was time to go.
"I'll see you tomorrow, Blooky." Lora told him. "oh... bye.."
Lira left the house, continuing her walk to New Home.
-
When she made it back, she saw Frisk crouching down in front of Flowey, signing things. Lira cleared her throat as she walked towards them, catching their attention.
Frisk waved and Flowey grumbled something. "Flowey, here's your new pot." Lira told him, showing a very similar pot from the last one her had.
"I told you to get me a bigger one." Flowey said with a brow raised. "Actually, it's an inch wider and taller." Lira pointed out, pulling a trowel out from the pot, starting to dig the ground up from beneath Flowey.
Once she got him in the pot she smiled, placing a small kiss on his forehead, which made Flowey freak out.
Was he to tired or content to protest to her kissing his forehead last night?
"W-What!?" He yelled, his face bright red. "What?" Lira asked. "Don't do that!" He hissed. "What? Kissing your forehead?" Lira asked. "Yes! Don't do THAT."
Lira couldn't help but chuckle. "Alright." She decided not to point out the fact she did this last night as well.
Lora the looked at Frisk who was laughing. "Don't laugh!" Flowey demanded, but Frisk continued. Flowey huffed in annoyance, looking away.
"Also, when did you get back here?" Lira asked. 'Half an hour before you.' Frisk signed.
"What did you need to get from the Ruins for it to take so long?" Lira asked, Flowey and Frisk tensed. "Frisk?" She asked.
'That's not for me to tell.' Frisk signed. "Flowey?" Lira asked, looking at Flowey.
"I heard that Toriel was making Pie tonight... Bring me to the kitchen." He demanded, Lira sighed.
-
"Are going to sleep, or what?" Flowey asked, Lira continued to stare up at the ceiling.
The two were alone, Frisk left before dinner, apparently they just came to get something for her sleepover at Papyrus's and Sans' house.
"Probably not." Lira finally answered, her gaze landing on the flower who was staring at her. They stayed silent for a few minutes before Lira spoke again. "Have you ever wondered what people thought of you, or if they cared? Have you ever thought about... How much they'd miss you if you disappeared?"
Flowey stayed silent. "...Do you?" He asked. "No." Lira answered almost immediately. "I was asking if you did." Lira told him. "I guess.. But I don't have the feelings... Or Soul to actually care."
"What do you mean?" Lira asked. "You get flustered, you get sad, you get mad, you get annoyed... I think the right words are you have trouble understanding these emotions, and deal with them differently than others would."
"I-" He cut himself off, sighing. "Everyone would hate me if they knew who I was." Flowey told her. "...I wouldn't." Lira told him, pink blush dusted his cheeks. "Of course you wouldn't. You are kindness."
Lira smiled. "Yeah, I guess so.." Lira said. "..But I trust you not to use that to your advantage." Lira told him, he stayed silent. Lira sat up, holding her hand out. Soon her pale green upside down heart came out of her chest. She held it gently.
"When did you learn to do that?" Flowey asked. "Toriel and books." Lira answered. "...Actually. I've heard you almost call Toriel 'Mum' once or twice.. Why is that?" Lira asked, Flowey tensed up.
"..Please Flowey?"
Flowey stayed silent.
"Please?"
...
"...Please?"
As she was about to give up, Flowey sighed.
"You're an idiot." Flowey said, Lira chuckled. "I know, but I want to know more about my Best Friend." Lira told him, her heart going back into her chest.
"I... I Was her son."
Why does that make so much sense?
Floweys story about him and his friend going up to the surface... The missing golden flower....
"You're Asriel..?" She asked. "In a way... Yes." He answered. "How am I so stupid..?" Lira asked. "I have no idea.. I didn't even know a human could be that stupid." Flowey told her, Lira rolled her eyes.
"Wow. Thanks Flowey... Or Asriel?" Lira asked. "Flowey please. I am Flowey." He answered. "Okay... How did you turn into a flower?"
"My dust landed on the flowers.... And then Alphys injected me and some other flowers with DETERMINATION." Flowey answered... Like Frisk's soul? "...Have you ever... Have you ever missed being a monster?" Lora asked, hoping Flowey didn't take calling him a monster the wrong way.
He stayed silent before answering with: "... Yeah. But there's no way to turn me back. Frisk has Resetted a million times trying to turn me back... But it can't be fixed."
"It's also not like you could give me you're soul... I don't want it, just in case if you get any ideas."
Lira frowned, but nodded.
"Alright." Lira answered, laying back down and closing her eyes. "...Good night, Flowey.." Lira muttered.
"Goodnight, Idiot."

The next day she went to Snowdin's library, reading every book about monsters and human Souls she could find.
She been there all day.
She was reading one of the books she found until someone tapped her shoulder, she turned to see the clerk.
"The library's closing, could you leave?" They asked, Lira smiled and nodded. "Could I borrow this book?" Lira asked, they nodded. "Just don't tear any of the pages or spill anything on it,"
"Okay. Thank you.. Have a good night!" Lira told them as she left.
Once she exited the Library, or 'Librarby', she sighed, shivering. She pulled her fluffy coat a bit so it'd cover her neck more, hugging herself.
She then made her way home with the help of the Riverperson (not going to refer them to a man or woman, I try not to assume genders).

I am SO SORRY! I didn't mean to be gone for a week! School's (Homeschool's) getting tough and I have some mini tests.
Now that I think of it... Who the hell thought of calling the hell hole school, school?
Who just thinks of the word school and then says, let's name this place, A place for kids to 'learn'... School! Or is it named after someone?
Well, I'm to lazy to search that up, bye, bye!
