Like in most games, you'll have a little up-hand in the game, maybe a gun? Magic? Smartness?
though, in real life you have something different; such as having a home, a device to talk to people on, food on the table, not being sick, and being able to exercise.
These all may be simple but they're a great help to get in the right direction to live a happy or at least a somewhat pleasing life.
The next steps would be to follow a path to a dream, a career to earn your living
(Or maybe you can just run away to a forest and live there but how will you read fanfics then!?)
