Part Seventeen- Genres and Their Guidelines

*Science Fiction: Fiction based on imagined future scientific or technological advances and major social or environmental changes, frequently portraying space or time travel and life on other planets.
*Fantasy: A genre of imaginative fiction involving magic and adventure, especially in a setting other than the real world.
Romance: A love story between two people.
*Mystery: A novel, play, or movie dealing with a puzzling crime, especially a murder.
*Thriller: A novel, play, or movie with an exciting plot, typically involving crime or espionage.
Realistic Fiction: Resembles real life, and has characters similar to people in real life.
Fanfiction: A certain famous person or book character that fangirls/fanboys write about, typically in a sexual way.
*Horror: A literary or film genre concerned with arousing feelings of horror.
