Chapter 15

We were back at her apartment, my arms around her as we were under a blanket on her couch watching Twilight once again. She never got fed up of it and I couldn't be bothered to argue with her for different movie. I didn't bother paying attention to it; again, I had a far more interesting person to look at instead.

The rain mercilessly slammed against her window as the sky got darker. The only difference is I didn't have to think of ways of hiding our relationship and only having to dread going home because of the questions about how she was being bombarded on me.

I clicked off the TV as I noticed her fast asleep on me. She looked far too peaceful to wake. Planting a kiss on her forehead, I pulled the blanket to cover her even more and I closed my eyes as well.

"Vaughn" I heard a soft voice call me, shaking me

"Come to sleep love, it's too early" I croaked, not wanted to open my eyes and get up

"Its 11" She scoffed

"Early" I groaned, pulling a pillow to me and hiding my face

I felt her getting on top of me, tracing the tattoos on my bare chest and gently nipping at the skin on my neck, immediately making me throw the pillow and get up, her on my lap. My hands traveled on the small of her back as if it was the first as she started rocking back and forth slowly. I ached for the skin beneath the hoodie as I slid it off, revealing her only in the necklace that she wore again, not moving it again.

"Fuck Brooklyn" I groaned in her ear as she quickened her pace

She moved down to the band of my sweatpants sliding it down and letting it

Fall to the floor.

Her finger traced circles beneath my belly button, going lower down while gently moving her lips to the skin beneath my ear.

I flipped her around, now hovering over her as she pulled me closer to her lips.

This time my hands moved lower, feeling the wet trickle between her thighs as I traced circles along the top, moving higher and making her whimper.

"V-Vaughn" She stuttered as I moved inside slowly

"Hurry up love!" I called as I waited by the door as she was drying her hair

"One minute" She replied, putting down the hair dryer and her brush and bursting out of her room in a small pair of jean shorts and a red cropped top with straps and a plunging neck line

My eyes shamelessly darted at the exposed skin on her chest, my pulse quickening. I snapped back to reality, remembering that we are going out and that there are other men that would stare at her.

"Brooke, you can wear something like that if we're alone at home, I'll have to shoot every man that looks at you" I said strictly

"If I change, it would take an hour" She scoffed

"Here, put this on, it's going to be cold today" I said, wrapping my jacket around her and making sure she was covered

"Your plan was good, but I'm not stupid anyway I'm not giving your jacket back as punishment" Brooklyn said teasingly, knowing my plan all along

"I'll give you suitcases of my clothes, just so other men know you're mine" I smirked possessively, wrapping my arms around her waist

"Later" She giggled, going under my hands and heading to the door, she never fails to surprise me...

We drove to the park again, this time walking down the path instead of going to feed the birds. We made our way to a small lake and found a few benches to sit down on.

"What do you think of going to Spain in a few days" I said was I wrapped an arm around her shoulders

"Sure, sounds fun" She replied

"My sister is having her baby next month" I inquired

"Oh, I haven't heard of her"

We wouldn't talk about our family much, mostly because it was the only line that set us apart, well now it was blurred.

"Yeah, anyway are you free then?" I asked

"Yeah" Brooklyn replied while gazing at a flock of doves that were by the lake

"I promise this trip is going to be good ok" I reassured

"I know love" She said, nestling into my chest as the flock of doves flew away

"I have a small niece actually" I informed

"She's the most valuable thing ever, well after you" I added, chuckling

"I can't wait to meet her then" She said smiling

"Yeah she's something special, her name's Evie"

"She sounds special, definitely" She agreed

"Yeah, Elena and Jake have been dying to see you"

"They know?" She asked, shocked

"You're technically family, my mum's probably told all the aunts I don't know the names of" I snorted

"Anyway, how about dinner" I asked, getting up as she smiled and followed me, lacing my hand in hers.
