(Hello :) how's everyone?)
Everyone was awake by now. Mike couldn't look at Will. Before Will had woken up Mike copied Billy's actions and had immediately snakes his arm away from Will. So, whenever the outlet boy had woken up, he had no idea that had ever happened. But the thought of Will leaning up against Mike again made eye contact with Will impossible. Will, yet again, had no clue what caused Mike to behave like this. But he brushed it off. El, Max, Lucas, and Dustin were all sitting in the living room again. Patiently waiting for the pancakes that Billy was making. Billy kept strict with the rule. Three pancakes per person and only three... and three waffles. The little morning was uneventful. Steve stood by the fridge though the little confidence from earlier had vanished. Steve had no idea how brave he was that he had moved up so close to Billy and sat in between his legs earlier. Why did he do that? Steve had kept his eyes on the ground the whole morning that Billy made pancakes.
Billy on the other hand kept quiet because he was actually concentrated on something... which was rare. He hadn't made so much food for a group in a long, long time. He never really had anyone he could make breakfast to though. It was him and Max most of the time and Max knew how to take care of herself. She'd make her own breakfast and work around in the kitchen by herself. Though he knew Steve would kill Billy if he somehow discovered that he let Max in the kitchen alone.

Everyone was taking turns with the syrup bottle. Even dripping some in the carpet. Billy wanted to yell at those stupid brats so loudly, but he looked over and found Steve smiling. Smiling?
Steve found it all adorable. The way the kids if fought over the syrup. Even causing some to drip on the floor. It was utterly adorable. It only made Steve smile. He had his arms crossed over his chest and he leaned on the top of the couch. Watching the kids argue below. Steve looked to his side and found Billy with a murderous glare at the kids. Steve couldn't help but laugh a little, causing Billy to quickly look over at Steve. "Bitchy dad" Steve pointed at Billy "cool mom" Steve pointed at himself with a satisfied grin. Billy only groaned in frustration and went to grab his own plate. Starting to eat his pancakes without anything causing Steve to look at him astonished. What madman would eat pancakes without anything? Steve shook his head and walked around the couch to the kids. El was dousing her waffles with syrup. Like always. El looked over and found Steve staring at her.
"Sorry" she whispered and handed Steve the bottle. Steve smiled and ruffled her hair "It's fine El. Billy just doesn't have patience" He laughs quietly while he walked back to Billy.
Steve opened the lid of the bottle and began to pour syrup on Billy's pancakes. Billy simply stared. "There you go, big boy. Do you need me to cut them up for you too?" Steve teased. He liked being like this with Billy. Billy shoved him away with a frown, yet he stayed silent. Steve couldn't help but feel accomplished.
Billy wasn't sure what affect Steve had on him. Billy was known for his fast and strong responses to anyone and everyone. But with Steve... Those stupid pick-up lines and fast responses just wouldn't come out. He tried to make something up in his head, but Steve always left him baffled and silent. He hated it.
Though he had to admit he kind of liked it as well.
Billy began to eat his pancakes quietly. Now with syrup. The TV was playing faintly, and a few whispers could be heard around the room. But other than that, it was quiet. Peaceful. Billy couldn't help but smile when he looked around him. The kids siting on the ground happily and Steve watching over them. Eating his own pancakes as well. It filled Billy up with this... warm sensation. A happy sensation that made him calm. Which was rare to ever see 'The' Billy Hargrove calm and happy. But it was true. And it was happening right here. With Steve Harrington by his side.

All of the plates had been washed and everyone was getting ready to hop into Steve's car so they could be dropped back off at their houses. Dustin had gathered up the remaining snacks, claiming that they were his and nobody else's. Greedy little kids, Steve thought. They were all outside now. Steve was going to take everyone to their houses and Max was going to be with Billy. To be truthful Steve kind of didn't want Billy to go. He just hoped that he'd get to see Billy around other than days like these where the kids meet up. But it's not like Steve was going to ask his phone number. He didn't have the courage to do it and he was honestly scared that this confidence, that even let him think that, would fade away and lead Steve into another vision.
Steve had been very confident today which was strange. He was usually timid around Billy. (Partly out of fear) But today he had spoken directly to him. He had even spoke directly to him yesterday too! He didn't want this confidence surge to leave but he knew it would soon.
"Everybody in!" Steve shouted. All of the kids huddled up inside. Squishing up into the car against each other. Steve looked over at Billy who... had opened the door for Max? Strange...
Billy caught Steve staring at him. Billy only grinned and nodded to him before stepping into his Camaro. starting the engine up before starting to drive away from the cabin. Leaving a slightly flustered Steve standing still. "Steve!" Dustin yelled out to him, making Steve flinch. "Okay! Okay!" Steve yelled back and quickly got into his own car. Starting up the engine with a sigh before driving off.
