A few 3 days had passed and everything seemed... normal. Too good to be true... hm. Billy was currently looking out the window of Steve's (and his) room, taking out a cigarette and lighting it, breathing in a hit and puffing it out in a small puff of smoke. He flinched when the door suddenly was very aggressively opened. A vibrating and shaking Steve entered the room. Billy was quite confused, and concerned, at first as he saw Steve like this, but he quickly understood. Hopper had said he would tell Steve about Billy and Max staying for a good amount of time, and today Steve finally was informed. Steve didn't bother saying hi, hello, goodmorning, nothing. He suddenly ran up to Billy and wrapped his arms aroundthe blonde haired boy, barely giving enough time for Billy to take their a breath of air before it was squeezed out of him due to the tight hug Steve gave Billy. Billy chuckled in a strained voice, wrapping an arm around Steve and keeping the one that held the cigarette up in the air. "Why didnt you tell me earlier!? When I went with El to the store, I could've bought you extra blankets and clothes and- and"
"Stevie... it's okay... I barely new a few days ago. Plus, I'll be bringing some of my clothes over either way. And I'm okay using your blankets and all... as long as you don't mind either" he chuckled, a stupid grin on his face as he looked at Steve's excited face. Steve giggled as he quickly pressed himself even closer to Billy and brought Billy into a deep little kiss, giggling through it. Billy chuckled, breaking the kiss to look at Steve properly. "Hop said that Max would stay with us during the weekdays... and that she and El would stay over there during the weekends... isn't that great?" Billy said with a little excited grin of his own. "I was worried at first... leaving Max alone with that man for the weekend... but I trust that little telekinetic girl to protect her." Billy chuckled out. Steve couldn't help but feel proud of El... he let go of Billy "today's Sunday... Hopper told me that we can all go to pick up Max for the week. And om the way we can buy some groceries because there will be uh... 5 people now and I don't think a haf finished box of eggs and two containers of leftover spaghetti and lasagna will feed us for the week. Hopper left some money on the table, and we should have enough..." Steve mumbled, thinking for a second before looking at Billy once again. "Which means, get dressed. If you feel comfortable enough, when we pick up Max, I can help you get stuff from your room. Whatever you want to take here.." Steve said in a gentle voice.
Steve might be slow sometimes, but he wasn't stupid. He knew that whole house was a very sensitive subject for Billy, so he made sure to be careful of what words he used. Billy shrugged with a sigh and nodded "I have to face them at some point either way. But you can help only if you feel okay doing it... I don't want you to feel uncomfortable yourself and to be doing it because of me" Billy said, bringing a hand to gently caress Steve's cheek, to which Steve giggled softly at the corny little actions. "I can do it. But seriously, get dressed. I'll go get dressed in the bathroom, get a bit cleaned up and I'll be ready to go. While I'm taking a shower though, could you wake up El? She doesn't have to get ready if she doesn't want to, but make sure to tell her she can't go in pajamas!" Steve said in his mother like voice which earned a snort from Billy. "Yes, pretty boyyy~ I'll do it. Now off- I need privacy" Billy said in an exaggerated way to which Steve scoffed, going to his drawer and getting out a few pieces of clothing before exiting the room.
Billy was quick to choose a few things of Steve's that would fit him. And by that, he meant an unused looked light pink button up (NOT HOP'S-) and a pair of dark blue jeans that fit him well enough. He looked alright, well, good enough with clothes that weren't his. Plus, the pink was really kicking the look so... he chuckled as he made sure he was alright and then walked out of the room and headed over to El's. He gently knocked on the door "Wake up!" He yelled but not too loud, but enough to surely get El up. He heard some shuffling and groaning before footsteps were heard. He was surprised as he suddenly felt the door open to reveal a sleepy El standing there. He looked down at the girl and smiled softly at her tired, drowsy look. "You sleep well, kid?" He asked, though he simply got a grunt in reply. "Steve said for you to get dressed...we're going to go pick up Max in a bit and get groceries" Billy said though he found himself stifling a laugh as he watched El physically perk up at the mention of picking up Max. He simply grinned knowingly as he watched El nod and close the door, now only hurried footsteps were heard. He chuckled... damn... baby fever wasn't that bad. He walked over to the bathroom and knocked dramatically. "WHAT?" He heard in a muffled voice coming from the shower most likely. Billy chuckled "Steeeeeeeeve get ouuuuut. I need to piss. Hurry." (He, in fact, does not have to pee but simply wants to annoy steve)He said in a dramatically stretched out yell. He heard a loud sigh. "BILLY JUST-" but before Billy could hear the end of Steve's statement, he instead walked away back to their room.
