Once the kiss had ended I took my lips off of Reese's and I noticed him blushing.
"Aha awww so cute!!!" I said as I poked his chest.
"Haha mmm maybe. Don't you think it's a little ironic? I just told you to slow it down this morning and here we are in another situation like this again" he said looking down.
"Maybe it's fate! I certainly didn't expect you to see all that but I'm glad you did so you knew my intentions for liking you were always good!" I explained.
"Yeah maybe you're right. But we gotta slow things down a bit! Haha don't get me wrong I did enjoy that but let's take some more time to just get to know each other before we do all the kissing and what not." He says with a hint of a smile.
"You're absolutely right, Reese! Since we are kinda starting things over would you want to try to re-do our night of hanging out? I promise no milkshakes this time" I giggle and wink at him.
"Haha relax it's not that funny. Mmm sure, why not? What would you want to do?"
"There's a homecoming fair on campus tonight. It should be fun! Would you want to go with me?" I asked blushingly.
"Haha sure I guess!" He lightly smiles at me.
I was on cloud nine. My heart skipped a beat hearing him say yes!
"Let's go to class, yeah?" I said to him.
He nodded and came along with me walking towards the corridor for our next class.
"Vincent!"
Reese and I turn around to see Professor Nyles walking towards us.
"Hey." Reese responds to her calmly. He always has this bothered look on his face whenever he interacts with his aunt.
"Mr. Jones, do you mind if Reese and I have a moment alone?" Professor Nyles asks politely.
"Sure! I will see you in class, Reese" I say as I smile walking towards the corridor alone.
I notice Claire outside the hall talking to some guy. His back is towards me so I can't see his face. They part ways when she sees me coming towards her direction.
"Dylan!!! You would not believe this cute guy I just met! He is so charming and I swear he has the most perfect smile and dimples that could melt your heart!" Claire begins gushing about this mystery man.
"Hmm...well I'm sure he's got nothing on Reese" I say with a smirk.
"Oh yeah, what's going on with him? You seem like you are in such a better mood than you were before! What happened?"
