Chapter 2

"Guys!!! I can't believe we are finally done with this school!!" I said as I ran up to my friends. Just about everyone was crying and hugging each other

"Girls get together so we can take a picture!" my mother said waving her hands trying to get us in together. It wouldn't be my mother if she didn't try to take pictures. She was a lawyer but now she's a stay at home mom who runs her own photography business. My dad is the towns only doctor. Since we live in a pretty small town, we don't really need alot. plus, we don't have a hospital. We have a small clinic that offers medical care but not the life threatening kind of care. The town beside us, Peak Hill, pretty big but it's kind of like a reservation. Not many people go there.

After finally taking pictures for what seemed like days; we decided to leave and go to Karli Griffins house. Karli is like the girl that everyone knows and the girl that everyone wants to be. The only problem with her is that she parties too much. And believe me, there is a such thing! Karli is the kind of girl that would get sloppy drunk one day and do it again the next. We used to be friends with her until she got out of control. Tonight ,however, we needed to have fun and Karli's party was the only answer.

After changing at Stacy's house we all got into my car and headed over to Karlis party. As we pulled up we saw people outside talking and dancing already. The music was loud and people were already drunk. When we walked in we saw people everywhere. Alot of the people here weren't actually from our school.

"These people aren't even from our school," Cara said.

"Maybe they're from Peak Hill!!!" Stacey said, licking her lips. In case you haven't figured this out yet; Stacey is a man eater.

"Ohhh!! I'm so happy that you all could make it!" Karli said as she saw us enter into the kitchen. "There is beer and vodka in the fridge and food on the counter so have fun!"
As she danced out of the kitchen we all rolled our eyes and grabbed something to eat. the only edible looking thing looked like some brownies and something told me those weren't the regular kind. However, my friends didn't quite understand. Before I could warn the girls, they had eaten it.

"That's really good,"Cara whipped her mouth and grabbed a beer.

"I think you should get water Cara," I said as I slowly took the beer out of her hands.

"Look Elizabeth. Hot stranger to your left is staring you down," she pointed to a masculine guy that looked to be older than us. He had blonde hair and brown eyes and was making just a T-shirt and jeans look really sexy.
