"Look Elizabeth. Hot stranger to your left is staring you down," she pointed to a masculine guy that looked to be older than us. He had blonde hair and brown eyes and was making just a T-shirt and jeans look really sexy.

"Cara! God will you stop trying to set me up with every guy you see," I laugh at Cara's disappointed face.

"E I'm just trying to get you to have some fun." She says as she wiggles her eyebrows. My type of fun is a completely different type of fun from hers.

"I know Cara, its fine though. Go dance!" I shoo her off to the dance floor. As I'm reaching to get water I felt a presence behind me. I turned around and came face to face with the hot guy with blonde hair and brown eyes.

"You know what they say; if you take a picture it will last longer," he smirks at me and it feels like my knees are going to fail me.
Holy crap! This guy is hot! I think as I look at his perfect teeth and his beautiful brown eyes. This guy looks like a model and he makes me feel like I'm some slum on the streets.

"I'm Derek," he says as he offers his hand out for me to shake.
"I'm Elizabeth. Did you just graduate too?" I assumed he was from the town over.

"No I graduated a couple years ago," he replied with a smirk.

"Oh" I say. I don't know what to say to him so I just drink my water.

"Water at a party?" He points to my water and laughs a bit.

"Yeah I'm not really in the party mood," I say. I don't really want to tell this guy the truth. The truth is that I'm a complete loser and I don't find partying fun.

"Yeah I'm not either. My friends wanted to come so I kind of just caught a ride," he rests his hand on the shelf above me. His beautiful frame towers over me. I can almost smell the aftershave he used. His eyes looked even more beautiful up close. Somehow in all of this I forgot how to breath but I was brought back to reality when I started frantically coughing.

"Are you okay?" His eyes looked very concerned as he patted my back and handed me more water.

"Yeah, thanks."

He replied with a low mmhhm.
